年产60万方混凝土搅拌站设计

摘 要

本搅拌站是年产量为60万m3商品混凝土搅拌站,它由搅拌主机、物料称量系统、物料输送系统、物料贮存系统和控制系统等5大系统和其他附属设施组成。是用于现代化混凝土建筑的主要机械。它不但节约了生产时间,而且大大提高了生产销率。本搅拌站采用双阶式生产工艺,共有二条生产线,搅拌质量均匀,生产率高。对于干硬性、半干硬性、塑性及各种配比的混凝土搅拌效果好。搅拌主机拌轴采用防粘连技术,有效防止水泥在轴上的结块,轴端密封采用独特的多重密封结构,有效防止沙浆泄漏及保证整个搅拌系统的持续长久运行。所有的粉状物料,从上料、配料、计量、加料到搅拌出料都在密闭状态下进行,全封闭的搅拌主楼及皮带输送机结构,极大地降低了粉尘和嗓声对环境的污染。采用负压除尘及特种纤维滤布,使投料时产生的灰尘完全进入除尘器而不向周围扩散,而收集到的粉尘又可方便的回收再利用,有效的保护环境。

整套设备的保养及维修部位设有平台或检修梯,方便检查与维修操作,主机清洗设有泵冲和人工作业两套装置。站台楼式结构及骨料皮带输送机全封闭结构,保证了所有作业都可风雨无阻地进行。采用封闭形式的皮带机,下部设有溢料出口,能有效防止及沙石四处散落。整机采用计算机控制,既可自动控制,也可手动操作,操作简单方便。控制系统采用国办独一无二的双机双控形式,控制机与管理机间数据共享,控制机出现故障时可以转换到管理机工作,最大限度保证系统的持续正常运行。

选址于德阳市泰山南路与黔江路交汇处东南角汽车南站斜对面,占地面积10000 m2。主要内容包括国内外混凝土搅拌站的发展情况和趋势、商品混凝土的发展情况、总平面设计、配合比设计、砂石料场设计、配料机的选择、皮带输送机、搅拌楼设计、工艺流程、建厂条件、土建情况、环境保护、实验室及办公楼设计及有关搅拌站工作人员配置和经济效益分析。总平面设计力求在满足正常生产的条件下,减小占地面积,降低成本。砂石料场占地面积为3600 m2。堆高满3米,能满足搅拌站6天的砂石用量。

Abstract

The mixing station is the annual output of 600,000 m3 concrete mixing station, which consists of mixing console, material weighing system, material concrete building for the main machinery. It not only saves production time, but also improves the production and marketing rate. The mixing station uses two stage production process, there are two production lines, mixing uniform quality and the shaft, shaft seal uses a unique multi-seal structure, effectively prevent leakage and ensure that the entire mixing mortar system last long run. All of the powder materials, from the material, ingredients, measuring, mixing of the materials are fed in a closed state where, fully enclosed and the main conveyor belt mixing structure greatly reduces the dust and pollution of the environment throat sound. Dust and vacuum using special fiber cloth, so that the dust generated when feeding into the dust completely without to spread around, and collected dust can be easily recycled, effective protection of the environment.

Complete equipment maintenance and repair overhaul parts of a platform or ladder for easy inspection and maintenance operation, the be carried out regardless of the weather. Using closed-form belt conveyor, the lower part of overflow outlet, can effectively prevent and debris scattered everywhere. The whole machine adopts computer control, automatic control can also be operated manually, easy operation. Office of the State control system uses a unique dual control dual form, the control unit and data sharing between management unit, control unit failure can be converted to the management machine work, to ensure maximum continuous system uptime.

Located in the Deyang City Taishan Road and Qianjiang Road Interchange southeast corner diagonally opposite the Bus Station, covers an area of 10000 m2. General graphic design seeks to meet normal production conditions, reduced footprint and reduce costs. Aggregate farm covers an area of 3600 m2.
