浅谈中国创建绿色饭店的由来、现状与发展趋势

摘要： “绿色饭店”创建始于上世纪80年代的欧洲饭店行业，并很快成为国际饭店业的潮流。20世纪90年代中期，国外“绿色饭店”的理念传入中国，从而在中国掀起了创建绿色饭店的浪潮。经过10多年的努力，中国在建设绿色饭店的进程中取得了一定的成就，不仅在节能减排、绿色环保方面取得成效，也将有利于节能产品、技术等推广和应用，带动相关产业的发展。 但是“绿色饭店”的成长也出现了问题，本文通过对中国创建绿色饭店取得的成就和存在的问题进行思考，探讨解决问题的途径以及未来我国绿色饭店的发展趋势，给正在创建和即将创建“绿色饭店”的企业以启示。
