摘要

本毕业设计论文详细介绍了CA6140车床法兰盘加工工艺规程及夹具设计的全过程。

论文主要内容分为两大部分:第一部分是车床法兰盘加工工艺的设计,主要包括零件的工艺性分析、毛坯的选择、定位基准的选择、机械加工工艺路线的确定;第二部分是第8号工序夹具的设计,主要包括设计任务的分析、定位方案的确定、定位误差的分析,切削力、夹紧力的计算,夹紧方案以及夹具体部分结构形式的设计,最后通过前面的设计方案画出各零件图和装配图。其中专用夹具的设计是本次毕业设计的重点。

本夹具满足工件的加工精度要求,性能良好、操作简便安全、结构工艺性好,提高了生产率,降低了劳动成本。

Abstract

This thesis introduces the CA6140 lathe flange machining process planning and fixture design process.

The main content of this thesis is divided into two parts: the first part is the design of processing lathe flange, determine the main parts of the process analysis, including the choice of blank, localization datum choice, machining process; the second part is the design of No. eighth working procedure jig, mainly including the design task analysis, positioning scheme, the position error analysis, the calculation of cutting force, clamping force, clamping scheme and design specific folder structure, finally, the design scheme to draw the part drawing and assembly drawing. The design of special fixture is the focus of this graduation design.

The fixture satisfy the requirements of machining accuracy, good performance, simple and safe operation, good structure technology, improve productivity, reduce labor costs. .
