X62机床计算机辅助与制造

摘 要

根据设计目的的要求,我这次对X62型铣床进给箱的设计主要是确定机床进给传动系统的方案,对传动零件进行计算和结构设计,并设计箱体外观图。根据要求设计的进给箱能实现18种进给速度,同时实现生产中的快速后退运动。本次设计主要内容包括:选择并确定进给传动方案、对传动零件进行动力计算和结构设计、利用CAD软件构建进给箱几何模型并进行工程分析,以及对进给箱箱体设计等内容。其中,我的任务是设计运动方案和进给箱部分的箱体。并且这次设计还包括了翻译相关的专业英文资料和利用计算机三维绘图软件对部分零件进行了三维造型和分析。这次的设计还需要我们熟练的掌握计算机基础知识。

我的主要任务是了解进给箱的箱体结构,对进给箱的设计、制造、选材,从而选出最合适的方案。进而对确定的方案进行具体的结构分析和设计。

本次设计需要用展开图来表示进给箱中箱体的孔轴位置关系关系。为了清楚表示出进给箱孔轴位置的关系,还需有必要的向视图和剖视图。还需要对典型的零件进行三维造型,从而加深对设计内容的认知程度。用三维装配的方式可以更清晰明了地展现出箱体与内部零件之间的位置联接关系。

Abstract

According to the requirement of the design goal, this time I to the design of the feed box X62 type milling machine mainly determine the scheme of machine tool feed drive system, for calculation and structure design, transmission parts and body appearance design. Design according to the requirement of feed box can realize 18 kinds of feed rate, and to achieve rapid retreat movement in production. This design main content includes: select and determine the feeding transmission scheme, for power transmission parts calculation and structure design, using CAD software to build feed box geometric model and engineering analysis, as well as to the feed box body design, etc. Among them, my task is to design a movement and feed box part of the body. And this design also includes the translation related professional English data and using the computer 3 d drawing software parts for the three dimensional modelling and analysis. This design also need our skilled master basic computer knowledge.

My main task is to know the feed box body structure, the feed box design, manufacturing, material selection, and select the most appropriate solution. Then for sure solution for specific analysis and design of structure.

Need to use a diagram to show the design in the feed box casing hole shaft position relations. In order to clearly show feed box hole shaft location, the relationship between also needs to have the necessary to view and sectional view. Will need a three-dimensional modelling of typical parts, so as to deepen the cognition of design content. In 3 d assembly way can be more clear to show out of the box body and the relationship between the location of the connection of the internal parts.
