There is no doubt that because smoking causes a great deal of harm to people’s health. As a result, more and more smokers are trying his best to stop smoking. Here are some advice for you. Firstly, prepare yourself. Remember all the benefit you will get from stopping smoking, which will make you encouraged when you are not determined enough. Secondly, break a habit.
