基于PLC的锅炉自动输煤系统

摘 要

本设计首先阐述了锅炉自动输煤系统的基本构成及特点,然后通过对基于继电器锅炉输煤系统和基于PLC的锅炉输煤系统对比论证,根据控制要求,本设计选用了基于PLC的锅炉输煤系统。通过对系统 的总体设计、硬件和软件控制设计,满足了系统方案的要求。

在硬件方面,本文着重对PLC、传感器、执行器、控制器等选型进行了设计,同时给出了各高级单元的使用及设定情况;在软件方面,提供了原理图、系统工作流程图和梯形图。除此之外,也充分考虑了实际应用中的要求,设计时考虑到了成本、功耗、安全性、稳定性、抗干扰性等诸多问题,具有一定的合理性和可行性。

用 PLC输煤程控系统,不但实现了设备运行的自动化管理和监控,提高了系统的可靠性和安全性,而且改善了工作环境,提高了企业经济效益和工作效率。因此PLC电气控制系统具有一定的工程应用和推广价值。

Based On PLC,Boiler Automatic Conveying System

“Abstract”

First of all, The design of automatic coal boiler first described the basic structure and characteristics of the system, and then relay the boiler through the coal handling system based on PLC-based Comparative study of boiler coal handling system, according to control requirements, the design uses a boiler output based PLC coal system. Through the overall system design, hardware and software control design to meet the system requirements of the program.

On the hardware side, this paper focuses on the PLC, sensors, actuators, controllers, and so selection was designed, given the use of the advanced units and setting conditions; the software, provides a schematic diagram, the system work flow chart and ladder. In addition, and taking into account the requirements of practical applications, the design takes into account the cost, power consumption, security, stability, noise immunity, and many other issues with the rationality and feasibility.

Conveying Control System with PLC, has not only run the automated equipment management and monitoring, improve system reliability and

safety, and improve the working environment, improve economic efficiency and productivity. PLC electrical control system therefore has a certain value engineering application and promotion.
