摘 要

电子商务是基于互联网、以交易双方为主体、以银行电子支付和结算为手段、以客户数据为依托的全新的商务模式,它可以使商家与供应商更紧密地联系起来,更快地满足客户需求,也可以让商家在全球范围内选择最佳供应商,在全球市场上销售产品。随着国际互联网的发展,电子商务在最近几年的时间里发展迅速。美国、日本等发达资本主义国家的电子商务已经发展到一个比较高的水平,电子商务在这些国家的经济发展中起到了很重要的作用。在我国,1998年堪称电子商务发展的高峰期,最近虽然电子商务的热度有所降低,但是仍然在平静中取得稳定的发展。很多企业认识到电子商务给自身发展带来的机遇。毕竟电子商务出现的时间还不长,与传统商务模式相比虽然有很大的优势,但也存在着自身在目前发展阶段的很多问题,诸如支付的安全性、电子商务法制法规等等都是制约电子商务进一步快速发展的障碍。面对这些问题,企业应该在政府的帮助下,通过加强和改善自身,利用电子商务在未来取得更大的发展。

Abstract

Electronic commerce is based on the Internet, with both parties as the main body, the bank electronic payment and settlement as the means and the customers based on the data of the new business model, it can make business and supplier more closely up faster, to meet the customers' needs, also can let merchants in the global scope, choose the best suppliers in the global market products . With the development of the Internet, e-commerce in recent years the rapid development of the time. The United States, Japan and other developed capitalist countries, electronic commerce is development to a higher level, the electronic commerce in the economic development of these countries play a very important role. In our country, is 1998 electronic commerce development peak, although the heat of the electronic commerce recently reduced, but still in the quiet get stable development. Many enterprise to realize e-commerce to their own development opportunity. After all the electronic commerce in time is not long, and the traditional business model has a lot of advantages compared though, but there is also own in the present stage of the development of many problems, such as the security of electronic commerce, pay legal laws and regulations and so on all is restricted by the rapid development of electronic commerce further obstacles. In the face of these problems, the enterprise should be with the help of the government, through the strengthen and improve their own, using the electronic commerce in the future have a greater development.
