基于适老环境的福建方形土楼设施改造设计

摘 要：福建客家土楼改造在保留土楼建筑外形特色的前提下对内部进行改造设计，既能保留土楼原有的文化气息和特色，更要使其满足老年人需求，通过对卫生设施、无障碍设施、景观及公共设施、照明设施进行改造设计，将土楼改造成适宜老年人居住生活和交流沟通的怡居环境。成为更加适合老年人居住、交流的生活空间。 关键词：福建土楼；适老设施；改造 检 索：www.artdesign.org.cn

Abstract ：Fujian Hakka Earth Building Renovation in the retention of the premise of the Tulou buildings shape characteristics of internal transformation design， both retain Tulou original culture and characteristics， more to make it meet the needs of older persons， through in health care facilities， barrier free facilities， landscape and public facilities， lighting facilities for design and transformation， the Tulou transformed into suitable for elderly people to live life and communication of pleasant living environment. 当代人口老龄化速度越来越快，本文通过理论和实际调研项目相结合，研究将土楼改造为适宜老年人居住生活的养老院的人性化改造设计方法，通过理论整合、案例分析等多种方法，更具有实用性、专业性，使当地老年人安享晚年。老龄群体作为社会中的特殊群体，通过改造设施来缓解养老问题带来的压力，从细节到整体的设计都从老年人的角度出发。在生理上，可以满足老年人日常生活中的基本生活需求；在心理上，老年人也可以得到全面细致的照顾。 一、研究背景及意义
