Abstract

With the development of linguistics, psychology and pedagogy, people are taking a new

look at foreign language teaching, and grammar is also endowed with a new meaning, which reflects a new linguistic conception. This new conception regards language not merely as a system of rules, but as a tool for human communication. And accordingly, the traditional methods of grammar teaching should be reformed.First, The author present the the theme of the thesis and the framework of the paper. In the second part,this article will introduce the important role of grammar learning and study how to improve middle school students' English grammar. Meanwhile,The author describes the domestic and foreign research situation of English grammar teaching strategies, and compare the difference of students' learning interest of caused by different strategies at home and abroad In the third part, detail is presented in the traditional English education , and give a introduction of how the teacher use grammar teaching methods and strategies, such as teaching method, conversation method, situational method and give a detailed description of communicative teaching method and task-based teaching method, etc.. The methods aim at training people with smooth communication with others.named communicative teaching method, In the conclusion part ,the author thinks in English teaching, the teacher can teach in the integrated use of various effective teaching methods in the classroom teaching , such as task-based teaching methods, situational teaching and interactive teaching methods and explains the significance. Through the exchange of teachers and students roles, which make students participate in actively to accomplish the teaching tasks one by one, so that we can make students accept a grammar point in a relaxed and happy atmosphere, and gradually improve the basic knowledge of English grammar.

中文摘要

随着语言学、心理学和教育学的发展,人们对外语教学有了新的认识,语法的定义也被赋予了新的涵义。这种新的涵义实际上反映了一种新的语言观念。这种新观念并不把语言仅仅解释为一种知识体系或规则,而是更加强调语言作为交际工具的本质意义,从而必然要求对传统的语法教学进行改革。

第一部分,作者将介绍本文的主题和文章的框架。第二部分,本文将介绍中学生语法学习在英语整体学习的重要作用,国内外对英语语法教学的策略的研究状况,并进行比较,得出国内外语法的不同策略对引起学生学习兴趣的差别,第三部分作者将介绍现今的传统英语教育中,教师是用怎样的教学方法与策略来讲授语法知识,比如直接讲授法、听说法,语法翻译法等,并详细介绍两种新型教学法,交际型教学方法、任务型教学方法等,通过实际调查的数据让读者解它们的新型教学对英语语法教学的意义及应用效果。最后第四章结论部分,作者认为在英语教学中,应该在课堂教学中综合运用各种有效的教学方法,比如任务型教学方法、情境性教学法与交互性教学方法的结合并阐述其意义,并通过实际调查数据给出调查结果,这种语法教学方法通过交换师生的角色,让学生积极参与去完成一个个教学任务,这样可以让学生轻松愉快的接受一个个语法知识点,这种教学方法不仅能提高考试分数,同时也能够提高学生的口语交际能力,同时也符合 英语国际化的趋势。
