中文摘要
随着经济体制改革的不断深入和社会转型的快速推进，大量弱势群体也随之产生，它对我国经济的长期稳定发展有重要的影响。在我国，政府是支持弱势群体的主要力量，由于政府在支持弱势群体时存在一定的局限性，在这种社会背景下，充分发挥NGO对弱势群体的社会支持呼之欲出。非政府组织在对弱势群体的支持中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本论文的研究目的在于探讨我国非政府组织对弱势群体支持的现状、发现其中存在的问题并展望其未来走向。本文以实证主义的态度从我国非政府组织（官办NGO和草根NGO）对弱势群体的支持现状出发，结合美国、英国等发达国家的相关经验，从政府层面和非政府层面两个角度提出了中国非政府组织对弱势群体支持的未来走向。

Abstract
With the deepening of the economic system reform and the rapid advance of social transformation, a large number of vulnerable groups also arise, it is important to the long-term stable development of economy in our country. In china, the government is the main force of support vulnerable groups, as the Government has certain limitations in supporting vulnerable groups. In this social context, give full play to the NGO social support for vulnerable groups be vividly portrayed. Non-governmental organizations in support for vulnerable groups plays an increasingly important role. The research purpose of this paper is to explore the status of China's non-governmental organizations to support the weak body, found that there were problems, and prospects its future direction. In this paper, with the attitude of positivism from non-governmental organizations official NGO and grassroots NGO in China according to the present conditions of support for vulnerable groups, based on the relevant experience of developed countries such as America, Britain, from the aspect of government and non-governmental level two angles proposed Chinese NGO to support the future direction of social vulnerable groups.
