基于企业社会责任的公司财务治理问题研究
摘要
企业履行社会责任的实质就是要处理好股东与债权人、员工、消费者和政府等利益相关者之间的关系，而财务治理正是研究如何在利益相关者之间进行财权分配的问题，因此，有必要研究基于企业社会责任的财务治理问题。本文从企业社会责任和财务治理的内涵入手，分析了企业社会责任与财务治理之间特定的联系，以联想集团公司为例，提出完善基于企业社会责任的财务治理结构的建议。

ABSTRACT
