In daily business trades, when mistakes and accidents happen, clients often write complaint letters to ask for solution or compensation. These complaints are usually about product quality, delayed shipment, etc. To write a proper complaint letter, you should: ● Give the details of the deal.
● In the body of the letter, specify your losses and ask the other party to make specific remedy.
● Express your belief that the problem could be solved reasonably by both parties.
