Abstract

This project is a building of the 7#. With the drinking water system, sewage system, sewage system, drainage system, fire hydrant water supply system, automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing system.

第一章 工程概况 1.1：设计题目：
本设计长岛盛业住宅项目7#楼建筑给排水工程设计 1.2：目的和作用：
培养提高学生综合运用在校所学的基础理论、基础知识和基础技能解决工程实际问题的能力，以达到总结、巩固扩大和深化所学的知识；培养和调动学生学习的主动性和积极性；激发学生创新精神；使学生进一步了解我国基本建设方面的政策，提高学生对国家建设的责任感。通过毕业设计的综合训练，培养提高学生调查研究、查阅文献、收集运用知识的能力；综合分析、制定设计方案的能力；并进一步培养提高学生的计算。绘图、运用工具书和编写说明书的技能，以及运用计算机计算、绘图和进行外语翻译的能力。
1.3：设计任务 1.3.1：任务：
完成该住宅楼的建筑给水排水工程设计，具体分为五部分：
① 建筑给水系统； ② 建筑消防、喷淋系统； ③ 建筑热水系统； ④ 建筑污废水系统； ⑤ 建筑雨水系统； 1.3.2深度：
1、 设计深度为初步设计，要求达到建设部1992年《建筑工程设计文件编制深度的规定》的要求。
2、 卫生间大样达到施工图深度的要求。 1.4 设计要求
1.4．1学生在教师指导下，按时独立完成所规定的设计内容和工作量，同

时满足以下几项要求：
1）通过阅读中外文献、调查研究与收集有关资料，掌握国内外该领域的新技术。
2）熟读和掌握与建筑给水排水有关的设计规范和设计资料，能在设计做到中灵活应用。
3）拟定设计方案，再经过综合技术分析，选择技术上先进、经济上合理的设计方案。
4）阅读至少5000字外文文献，且完成外文翻译并附于已完成的论文之后。 1.4.2 格式与图件要求
（1）设计说明书（论文）要求
应包括建筑给排水工程设计的主要原始资料、方案比较及各系统的设备选型分析、说明、参数选择、设计计算与有关的计算简图等。要求系统完整、计算正确、论述简洁明了、层次清楚、文理通顺、书写工整。
设计说明书应包括下列内容：封页，扉页，中英文摘要和关键词，目录，正文，参考文献，附录，致谢。
设计说明书（论文）用纸为A4纸，原则上要求手工书写，不得计算机打印。要求书写工整、规范，画插图认真，图面清晰（不得徒手画图），设计说明书中的公式、图、表须分别统一编号。
（2）制图要求
设计图纸应能准确表达设计意图，力求图面布局合理、紧凑、正确清晰、符合国家有关制图标准、专业规范及有关规定。最终的设计程度应达到初步设计的要求。
设计图纸包括计算机绘制和手工绘制两部分。
