我国公路建设在经历了近20年的快速发展,取得了巨大成就的同时,也出现了工程质量、结构耐久性、环境保护等方面的问题。面临公路建设在未来20年持续发展的局面,在原有公路建设经验的基础上,学习和借鉴国外全寿命周期理论的先进经验与做法,研究公路建设与管理的相关政策,对于公路建设资源集约利用、提高工程质量与耐久性、保护生态环境、确保工程安全等方面意义重大。

基于现阶段高速公路方案决策存在的不足之处,本文提出方案决策重点应落在方案全寿命周期成本比较上,建立合理的全寿命周期成本体系是关键 。

本文通过对我国高速公路路面常用面层和基层结构、性能总体分析,详细阐述了增从高速公路项目各路面方案结构特性和路用性能,对比分析不同面层、基层材料的优势与劣势。同时,根据国内外路面结构性能周期研究成果,对本文各路面方案的性能寿命周期进行预测,为路面全寿命周期成本分析奠定基础。通过使用全寿命周期成本理论分析(LCCA),结合国内外对高速公路成本控制研究,建立高速公路路面全寿命周期成本计算模型,进而应用该模型对增从高速公路项目路面结构选型经济比选。

Besides the fast development and glorious achievements in the high way eonstruction of China, there are still some problems in construction quality and environment protect as well as structural durability etc. The theoretical and methodological policy systems of the high way construction based on the optimized life cycle benefit have been studied in three aspects of high way lay out policies, construction policies and maintenance policies in this dissertation.

Based on the deficiency of our present scheme decision- ma king, this thesis proposes that it should emphasis life -cycle-cost comparison in the scheme decision- making; constructing a reasonable L C C system has critical significance.

In this paper, based on the analysis of the pavement surface layer and base, elaborated the structure characteristics and road performance of the pavement program of Zeng cong high way project. Compare the strengths and weaknesses of the different surface layer and base materials. Meanwhile, predict the life of this article’s program according to the foreign study. Through life-cycle cost analysis (LCCA), Reference expressway cost control at home and abroad, to build pavement life cycle cost calculation model, application of the model program of pavement economic comparison.
