As we all know,women is playing more important role in the modern society.Alsowomen’s management style tends to be more communicative and
relationship-oriented.It’s because of their quality thatthey can be successful in
their occupations.One example of terror vigilant style is being more communicative。Compared to man，woman are a lot more tolerant，patient and understanding。Thereby is easier for subordinates tocommunicate with female superiors.The other example of the measurement steels is being more relationship-oriented.Cultural stereotypes have it that men are
task-oriented whereas women are relationship-oriented.Women usuallypay more attention to the working attitude of employees,ensurepersonal and social needs of subordintates.I
believe this time make the relationship between superiors and subordinates more friendly and harmonious.
In other word,women’s natural management style helps them succeed intheir workplace.
