5.6.2. Fitting to the impeller 组装到叶轮上 This is carried out as described in \ 这部分参照“从叶轮上拆卸”进行，但是顺序相反。
? Clean all contact surfaces and apply an even coating of assembly paste. 清洁所有的接触面并涂抹一层均匀的装配胶合剂。
? Tighten the screws 紧固螺栓。
IMPORTANT !
Unevenly applied paste can cause eccentricity of the servomotor. Apply the paste evenly. 重要！
不均匀的胶合剂会引起伺服马达的偏心、引起振动。均匀地涂抹胶合剂。
5.7. Adjusting disc (1-stage) 调节盘（单级）
Condition: Servomotor and intermediate impeller ring are removed. The impeller is disconnected from
the hub disc. See description in this chapter.
条件： 伺服马达和中介环已拆卸。叶轮与毂盘已脱离。详述见本章。
5.7.1. Disassembly 拆卸
Lay the impeller in a horizontal position. 水平放置叶轮
? Undo the screws connecting the adjusting disc and the adjusting ring.
拆下调节盘和调节环的连接螺栓。
? The adjusting ring drops out of position.脱开调节环。
? Remove the adjusting disc. 拆下调节盘。
5.7.2. Assembly 组装 Assembly takes place as described in \ 组装如“拆卸”中讲述，但是顺序相反。
5.8. Adjusting disc (2-stage) 调节盘（双级）
Condition: The servomotor is fitted to the rotor. 条件： 伺服马达组装在转子上。

叶轮，第一级 用清洁压缩空气使伺服马达处于“OPEN”的位置（介绍了伺服马达导轴）。见
“伺服马达”。
? Undo screws connecting flange to adjusting disc. 拆下连接卡法兰和调节盘的螺栓。
? Remove flange and separator disc. The two-piece spacer ring may fall out; it must not be allowed to fall to the ground.
拆下卡法兰和调整垫。两块半调整垫环可能会落下，防止落到地面上。
? Support the adjusting disc. 支撑调节盘。
Move servomotor to \impeller from hub disc. See \
将伺服马达置于“CLOSED”的位置。拆下伺服马达。从毂盘上拆下叶轮。参见“伺服马达”和“叶轮”。
Place impeller in a horizontal position. 将叶轮置于水平的位置。

? Remove locking rings from the shaft. 从轴上拆下锁紧环。
? Withdraw bearing bushes from the shaft. 从轴上退出轴承套。
