用粘胶将调整弹簧安装到叶片轴上。
? Fit lever, tighten locking screw with a torque wrench. 安装曲柄，用力矩扳手拧紧防松螺钉。
? Press down on the blade bearings to check that there are no oil leaks. 向下压叶片轴承检查确定无油泄漏。
? Place the cover on the impeller hub and check that it is correctly positioned. 将侧盖板安装到轮毂上，并检查位置正确。
5.5. Rotor blades动叶片
Condition: The upper housing components are lifted off. The rotor is inside the machine. 条件： 上半部分壳体部件已经揭开。转子已经装在机器内。
5.5.1. Removal 拆卸 Undo the screws which attach the rotor blades. Remove rotor blades. 拧出动叶片上的螺栓。拆下动叶片。
DANGER !
If the rotor-blade arrangement is uneven the rotor may suddenly rotate. This can cause injury Always remove blades diametrically opposite each other. Secure the rotor so that it cannot rotate.
危险！ 如果动叶片排列不均匀转子会突然旋转。会造成伤害。通常按直径方向上对称拆卸动叶片。 确保转子不转动。
IMPORTANT ! The leading and trailing edges of the rotor blades are sensitive to pressure and impact.
Use only the leading edge at the base of the blade to secure the rotor so that it cannot rotate.
重要！
动叶片的进出口边对碰压敏感。只能用叶片进口边的根部来固定转子不转动。
IMPORTANT ! Sulphurous dust in the impeller hubs leads to corrosion and to the blade shafts seizing up. Loosen the dust and remove it by suction.
Cover the rotor with a tarpaulin. Do not leave it in the open air. 重要！
轮毂上附着的含硫灰尘会导致腐蚀，使叶片轴卡涩。 将粉尘弄散并用吸力清除。
用防水油布盖好转子。别将其露天放置。
5.5.2. Fitting 组装 Rotor blades can only be replaced in sets, not individually. 动叶片只能成组更换，而不能单件更换。

Rotor blades are marked with letters and numbers from 1 to n (n is the number of blades per impeller.)
All the rotor blades in a set have the same letters. The order of the rotor blades is given by their numbers. The numbers must be in sequence round the circumference.
动叶片用字母和1到n的数字标记（n是每级叶轮的叶片数）。一组内的所有叶片拥有同样的字母。叶片的排序是由它们的编号决定的。编号必须按圆周上的顺序确定。
It does not matter: 下面的不在乎
? where you start with blade no. 1 1号叶片开始的位置
? or whether the blades are mounted clockwise or anti-clockwise.
或者叶片是顺时针还是逆时针组装。
IMPORTANT ! Rotor blades mounted in the wrong sequence cause imbalance and vibration. Fit the rotor blades in the correct sequence. Never replace single rotor blades - only sets.
重要！ 动叶片安装顺序错误会引发不平衡和振动。按正确的顺序组装动叶片。绝不能只更换单片动叶
片——只能成组更换。
DANGER ! If the rotor-blade arrangement is uneven the rotor may suddenly rotate. This can cause injury. 危险！

? Always fit blades in pairs diametrically opposite each other.
始终按直径方向上相互对称成对组装叶片。
? Secure the rotor so that it cannot rotate. 确保转子不转动。
? After installation remove the blocks used to secure it. 组装完后拆除转子的固定块。
IMPORTANT ! The leading and trailing edges of the rotor blades are sensitive to pressure and impact.
Use only the leading edge at the base of the blade to secure the rotor so that it cannot rotate. 重要！
动叶片的进出口边对碰压敏感。
只能用叶片进口边的根部来固定转子不转动。
For GGG blades only: 只对GGG叶片有效
? Remove protection from blade footing. 从叶片底根部移走固定块。
? Spray groove of plain compression ring with Metaflux. 在平面卡环槽内喷沫Metaflux。
? Place plain compression ring in groove and alternately turn several times in each direction. Spray the circumference of the blade footing in the region of the plain compression ring with Metaflux once more.

在槽内放置平面压环，在各方向轮流转几次。在叶片根部圆周上平面环槽的
范围内再次喷沫Metaflux。
For ID/ FGD fans only: 只对ID/FGD风机有效
? Fit the washer. 组装垫圈。
? Clean the front surfaces of the blade footing and blade shaft. 清洁叶柄和叶片轴的端面。
? Fit rotor blades in the correct sequence. 按正确的顺序组装动叶片。
? Apply MoS2paste to screws 使用MoS2润滑剂
- on the thread － 涂在螺纹上
-beneath the head.
－涂在螺纹头接触面处。
? Tighten screws with 拧紧螺栓 - a calibrated torque wrench
－使用标准的力矩扳手
- to the specified torque －到指定的扭矩
(see installation data).

IMPORTANT !
Rotor blades attached by insufficiently pre-tensioned screws may become detached and cause serious damage. Fit the screws as specified. 重要！
预紧力不够的动叶片会松脱并引发严重的损坏。按规定安装螺栓。
Reusability of screws: New rotor blades are installed with new screws. Used screws may be re-used
provided:
螺栓的可用性： 用新螺栓安装新叶片。旧螺栓可以在下面的情况下再利用
? they were undone without being heated 使用非加热的方法拆卸
? they are rust-free and not damaged 没有锈蚀和损坏
? they were tightened as specified. 并能按规定拧紧。

Condition: The rotor is in the assembly trestle. 条件：转子在组装架上。 5.6.1.
Removal from the impeller 从叶轮上拆卸
? Place the servomotor in the \ compressed air (withdraw the servomotor guide spindle).
用清洁的压缩空气将伺服马达置于“关闭”位置(导轴伸出)。
DANGER ! 危险！
Adjustment using compressed air causes oil to flow out of the return lines of the control head.
使用压缩空气会使油从控制头的回油管路中流出。
? Place the return hoses in an adequately-ventilated container or 将回路管放进在能充分流通的容器内
? wear goggles for your own protection. 为了自我保护佩戴护目镜。
? Screw the eyelet bolt into the threaded hole in the cylinder and suspend the servomotor from it.
将吊环螺栓拧进油缸的螺纹孔内，用于起吊伺服马达。
? Undo the screws connecting the servomotor to the intermediate impeller-ring and separate the servomotor.
松开伺服马达与叶轮中介环的螺栓连接，将伺服马达脱开。
? Place the servomotor in the \between servomotor and impeller opens, the blade shafts remain in the \position.
用清洁的压缩空气将伺服马达置于“开启”位置。使伺服马达和叶轮之间的间隙打开，叶片轴保持在“关闭”的位置上。
IMPORTANT ! 重要！ The control head is sensitive to impact. Remove the control head from the servomotor in good time.
控制头对撞击敏感。及时从伺服马达上拆下控制头。
? Undo the screws connecting the flange, guide spindle and adjusting disc. 拆下导轴和调节盘之间的连接螺栓。
? Remove two-piece flange. The two-piece spacer ring may fall out when this is done; it must not be allowed to fall to the ground. 拆下两块半法兰。应小心防止掉到地上。
? Remove the servomotor and place it on a suitable base. 将拆下的伺服马达放置到合适的地方。
