摘 要 摘 要

为了充分合理的利用FCC油浆中含有的饱和烃和稠环芳烃,采用糠醛抽提方法精制催化裂化油浆。通过实验确定了糠醛抽提油浆的最佳操作条件:温度为60℃;油剂体积比为1∶1.5;停留时间30 min;精制油最高质量收率为60.32 % ,质量有所提高,是良好的催化裂化原料;抽出油中富含稠环芳烃,可作为生产增塑剂、软化剂、针状焦等高附加值化工产品的原料,从而使油浆得到充分的综合利用,提高企业的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract ABSTRACT

The method of Using furfural extraction purification of catalytic cracking slurry has been adopted in order to utilize reasonably the saturated hydrocarbon and condensed aromatics. The optimum conditions of furfural extraction are as follows: extraction temperature is 60 ℃; volume ratio of oil to solvent is 1∶1.5; residence time is 30 minutes. Under the condition, the recovery rate of refined oil is 60.32 wt%. The quality of refined oil is improved, thus the refined oil can be used as catalytic cracking feedstock. The extract oil contain abundant condensed aromatics, which can be good stock to produce high value added chemical product such as plasticizer, softening agent and needle coke. Comprehensive Utilization of making slurry fully to raise enterprise economic returns and social benefits.
