7.8 测量绕组连同套管的直流泄漏

Measuring the direct-current leak of winding along with the thimble

7.8.1 按仪器使用方法正确接线,并接好放电杆。试验设备布置要紧凑,连线要短,对地

要有足够距离,接地应牢固可靠且接地线截面不小于5mm2。

Connect the wire according to the using method of apparatus connect the

discharge pole. The arrangement of test equipment should be compact, and the connection should be short, there should have enough distance from the earth, The earth should be firm and the section of earth wire can’t be no less than 5mm2。

7.8.2 应分别测试高压绕组对低压绕组及地、低压绕组对高压绕组及地的直流泄漏电流。

其中高压侧加压20kV,低压侧加压10kV。

Test the direct-current leak current respectively between the high-voltage

winding and low-voltage winding & earth, the low voltage winding and the high-voltage winding & earth. Among them, the high-voltage side is pressurized by 20kV,the low-voltage side is pressurized by 10kV。

7.8.3 先空试仪器工作正常,并记录试验电压下微安表的读数,然后将电压退至零,关掉

仪器电源,拔掉电源插头,对仪器高压输出端充分放电,放电应先通过放电电阻再直接接地。仪器空试时被试变压器所有绕组应短接接地。

Firstly do the no-load test of instrument and record the reading of microammeter under the test voltage. Then recede the voltage to zero, shut the power supply of instrument, pull out the plug of power supply. The high-pressure output end of instrument should discharge fully. The discharge should be through the discharge resistance and then earth it directly. Earth any winding of the test transformer should be through short-circuit when no-load test of instrument.

7.8.4 直流泄漏试验前后均应测量变压器绝缘电阻,绝缘测试正常后,在加压侧绕组挂好

高压线,非加压绕组可靠短接接地,通知监护人员就位,合上电源,启动设备均匀 缓慢升压,分5个点升至额定试验电压,每个点停留1分钟,并记录泄漏电流值。

试验完毕,将电压退至零,断开仪器电源,拔掉电源插头,对被试绕组充分放电后, 挂好接地线。

Measuring the insulation resistance of transformer before and after the test of direct-current leak. Hang the high-voltage wire up the pressurization side winding as required if the insulation test is normal, earth the non-pressurized winding through short-circuit. Inform the ward personnel to shut the power supply, start up the equipment and increase the voltage equably and gradually, let the voltage crease up to the rated test voltage through dividing into 5 points. Stay 1 minute on each point and record the leak current value. Recede the voltage to zero and cut off the power supply of instrument, pull out the plug of power supply, hang up the earth wire as required after the test winding discharge fully.

7.8.5 试验过程中,如果泄漏电流不稳定或急速上升,应立即停止试验,查明原因并消除

后方可继续试验。如泄漏电流过大,可采用高压屏蔽法。

Stop testing if the leak current is not steady or going up rapidly in course of test. Find out the reason and solve it, then go on testing.

7.9 绕组连同套管的交流耐压试验

7.9.1 按仪器使用要求正确接线,接线时要注意带高压电的线路对地保持足够的安全距离,

相邻的非试验设备可靠接地。检查试验装置及变压器外壳应可靠接地。

The connection should be right according to the using requirement of instrument. Notice that the circuitry with high-voltage should keep enough safety distance from the earth, earth the adjacent non-tested equipment. Examin the test device and the transformer case should be through the earth.

7.9.2 对仪器进行空载升压试验,整定仪器过压及过流保护。

Do the no-load test at elevated pressure for instrument, set the overvoltage

and overcurrent protection of instrument.

7.9.3 测量变压器绝缘电阻合格,将仪器高压出线与变压器低压绕组相连接,变压器高压

绕组短接接地。检查交流耐压机调压器在零位,合上电源开关,启动高压输出,以 每秒3kV的速度均匀升压至额定试验电压,持续1分钟无异常现象,然后将电压迅

速退至零位,断开电源开关,测量变压器绕组绝缘与试验前相比应无明显降低。 The insulation resistance is eligible through measurement. Connect the high-voltage outgoing line of instrument with the low-voltage winding of transformer, earth the high-voltage winding of transformer through short-circuit. Examine whether the pressure governor of AC pressure machine is in “Zero” position or not, shut the switch of power supply, start up the high-voltage output, increase the voltage equably to the rated test voltage at the speed of 3kV per second, last 1 minute, then recede the voltage to the zero position if there is no something exceptional happened, cut off the switch of power supply, the measured insulation of transformer winding should be no obvious reduction comparing with that of before testing .

7.9.4 试验要零起升压,严禁冲击合闸。试验过程中出现异常应立即将仪器复位,切断电

源,将被试物挂好接地线后,再去分析、处理故障。

Increasing the voltage should be from zero. Strictly prohibit impacting the

switch. Reset the instrument at once if something exceptional happened in course of test, cut off the power supply. Analyze and deal with the malfunction after hanging up the earth wire of test objects.

7.9.5 试验电压标准如下:低压侧绕组对高压侧绕组及地加压30kV。

The standard of test voltage is as follows: Increase the voltage to 30kV

between low-voltage side winding and the high-voltage side winding, the low-voltage winding and the earth.

7.10 变压器油试验:Test of transformer oil

7.10.1 取油应在干燥无风的晴天进行,使用洗净并烘干的有盖磨砂口瓶,打开变压器放油

阀冲洗阀门干净后,用被试油冲洗油瓶及瓶盖两次,然后让变压器油沿瓶壁缓慢流 入瓶内,以避免产生气泡,待油瓶满溢后,盖好瓶盖,放回试验室内静置至室温。 Taking the oil should be done in a dry, windless and sunny day. Use the covered frosted bottle which is washed clean and drying. Open the oil drain valve of transformer and wash it clean, then wash the oil bottle and the bottle cap with the tested oil for two times. And then let the transformer oil flow into the bottle tardily along the bottle wall in order to prevent generating

the air bubble, cover the bottle cap after the oil bottle is full, then put it back to the test chamber and still it till it reaches the chamber temperature.

7.10.2 检查油杯的电极距离为2.5mm。用油样将油杯和电极冲洗2~3次,将变压器油沿杯

壁徐徐注入油杯至2/3处,尽量避免产生气泡,盖好杯盖,放入油耐压机高压仓内,静止10分钟。

The electrode distance of oil cup is 2.5mm through inspection. Wash the oil cup and electrode with oil sampling for 2~3 times, oil the transformer oil into 2/3 part of cup along the cup wall, preventing generating the air bubble as soon as possible. Cover the cover of cup, put the oil into the high-voltage storehouse of oil pressure machine and still it for 10 minutes.

7.10.3 选定测试程序对油样进行电气强度试验,并记录试验结果。并重复上述试验5次,

试验击穿电压不应低于40kV。

Choose the test procedure and do the electric strength test for the oil sample, and record the test results. And each sample shall be tested 5 times to breakdown voltage level using equipment and methods above. The breakdown voltage of test should be not lower than 40kV。

7.10.4 其他试验项目如微水、色谱、酸碱度及沉淀物等待取油样后送广东电力科学院或电

业局进行。

Other test items such as TEST FOR MOISTURE、DISSOLVED GAS ANALYSIS (DSA)、

ACIDITY and SLUDGING will be delivered to Electric Power Academy of Sciences, in Guangdong province or Electric Industry Bureau for testing after oil sampling.

7.11 厂家现场指导的工程师将监督、指导整个试验过程。

Alstom’s Engineer shall supervise the testing procedure and his instructions shall be followed.

7.12 试验报告采用SH 3503-J504,J513。

Test report use the form SH 3503-J504 and SH 3503-J513.
