基于时间压缩的供应链管理策略研究

在激烈的市场竞争中，面对顾客需求多样化和个性化的趋势，产品的生命周期越来越短，多品种小批量的生产以及信息技术的飞速发展，这让企业的压力越来越大。市场竞争由原先的产品的价格和质量的竞争也逐渐向供应链的时间竞争转变。这些都是供应链管理中急需解决的问题，本文在基于时间压缩的供应链管理上做了一些探究，以此解决目前供应链管理中的问题。
本文首先对供应链的结构等供应链管理相关理论作介绍，针对供应链管理中存在的问题，提出时间压缩的方法。其次介绍了供应链总响应周期时间的相关概念和分析了供应链管理中进行时间压缩的瓶颈问题。然后，探究了基于时间压缩的供应链管理策略。最后，通过从产品供应链和服务供应链两个角度的三个案例分析了在三个案例中是如何在供应链管理中运用时间压缩的。 关键词 时间压缩；供应链管理；策略；案例

Abstract
In the fierce market competition, in the face of diversified and personalized customer demand trends, product life cycle is becoming shorter and shorter, the rapid development of many varieties of small batch production and information technology, which makes the pressure of enterprise is more and more big. The transformation of market competition by price and quality of the original product competition is gradually to the time of the supply chain competition. These are the supply chain management in urgent need to solve the problem, this paper did some research based on supply chain management time compression, in order to solve the current problems in the supply chain management.
In this paper, the related theory and structure of supply chain management in supply chain are introduced, aiming at the existing problems in the supply chain management, and puts forward a method of time compression. Secondly, introduces the related concepts of total supply chain response cycle time and analyze the bottleneck problem of time compression in supply chain management. Then, to explore the supply chain management strategy based on time compression. Finally, through three cases from product supply chain and the service supply chain two aspects analyzes the in three cases is how to use time compression in supply chain management.
