吕家坨洗煤厂密控系统改造分析

【摘 要】目前的洗煤工艺中对合格介质液密度的配比十分重视，可以说它是左右产品指标的一个至关重要的因素，所以各洗煤厂对密度控制系统的精确度和可操控性要求比较高。论文论述并分析了吕家坨矿洗煤厂密度控制系统的运行状况和存在的问题，针对问题提出了合理可行的改造方案，同时根据相应的改造方案对重要设备提出技术要求。
【Abstract】The current coal washing technology pays much attention to the proportion of the qualified medium liquid density. It can be said that it is a crucial factor controlling the products index， therefore， each coal washing plant has higher requirement on the accuracy and
controllability of the density control system. This paper discusses and analyzes the operation status and existing problems of density control system of Lvjiatuo Coal Preparation Plant， and puts forward a reasonable and feasible reform plan for the problems， meanwhile， puts forward the technical requirements for important equipment according to the corresponding reform plan. 【关键词】洗煤厂；密控系统；执行机构

随着国家经济改革的深入，企业为适应市场竞争，必须进一步提高产品的质量，降低生产成本，提高全员工作效率。洗煤厂合格介质液密度控制方面自动化水平的高低对保证洗煤产品质量、降低生产成本、提高生产效率有着极其重要的意义。 2 吕家坨洗煤厂密度控制系统简介
吕家坨洗煤厂配置立轮（1.8、1.4两个系统）、旋流器分选系统（旋流器Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三个系统）。目前使用的控制原理如下：
重介立轮、旋流器系统由吕家坨洗煤厂介质库提供配制的介质（洗煤工配仓，经923泵手动添加，比重较低）进1.8合格介质仓（1.4合格介质仓介质由1.8分流提供）和旋流器三个系统的合格介质仓，加介时，只有1.4系统可使用手动添加执行机构，其余全部为手动瓦路。 吕家坨洗煤厂加水执行机构通过对比密度的实际值和给定值来进行PID调解，如果测量密度大于设定密度值，加水阀打开，开始加水，降低合格介质仓内的悬浮液密度；如果测量值等
