In the morning.I usually get up at 6:30 on time,and do morning exercises for half an hour.After breakfast,I ride or walk to school.In the school,I take an active part in P.E.Sometimes we play football and volleyball and sometimes we play
basketball,table tennis or badminton.Football is my favorite sport.I also join in all the after-class activities.I have never been absent from them.In the evening after supper,I often take a walk along the street near my house for an hour either with my parents or with my friends.
I like sports,which makes me healthy,strong and energetic.And I often get the first prize in the school sports meeting.I will keep the good habit all my life.

In recent years,with the help of the favorable policies of our country,great changes have taken place in Tongren.
People’s living conditions have improved a lot.We can see tall buildings here and there.The children in the countryside can also receive better education.The living environment has also improved.The sky is bluer and the water is clearer.The roads are wider and the trees turn greener.What’s more,the traffic in Tongren becomes more convenient because there is an airport,a high-speed rail station,super highways,railway stations and so on.It attracts many tourists from home and abroad every year.
I believe that Tongren will become more and more beautiful in the future.
