摘 要

随着城市的人口不断的增加,国民经济的快速发展,汽车的数量更是增长

迅速,由于城市空间有限,停车难问题已经成为大中型城市的一个普遍现象。机械式立体停车库可充分利用土地资源,布局灵活、高效节能,成为目前解决停车难问题的重要方式之一,其中以升降横移式立体车库应用最为广泛。本课题以较为典型的升降横移式立体车库为研究对象,,对车库的钢结构进行设计及有限元分析。

本文结合实际工程项目,对四层升降横移式立体车库进行钢结构设计。立体车库的钢结构结构设计包括车库总体方案的确定、总体尺寸的选择确定、立柱、横梁、纵梁的设计、连接设计等。首先,根据车库施工现场场地限制与车库设计要求确定车库方案及主体框架总体尺寸;之后对立柱、横梁、纵梁、连接进行设计与其强度校核。

设计完成后,采用基于 CATIA有限元技术对车库主体钢结构进行静力分析、稳定性分析,求解车库主体整体钢结构、单根横梁、单根纵梁在载荷下的的应力场分布、变形位移规律,为车库梁柱结构设计提供理论依据。 关键词: 立体车库;升降横移式;有限元分析;CAITA建模

Abstract

With the increase of urban population, the rapid development of national economy, the number of vehicles is increasing rapidly, due to the limited urban space, the parking problem has become one of common phenomenon in large and medium-sized cities. Can make full use of land resources of mechanical parking equipment, flexible layout, high efficiency and energy saving, is now one of the important ways to solve the problem of parking difficulty, among them three-dimensional garage for lifting and moving type most widely used. This topic was typical to lift move transversely type parking equipment as the research object, and steel structure of garage design and finite element analysis.

Combining with the actual engineering projects, the four layers of three-dimensional garage for lifting and moving type steel structure design. Stereo garage steel structure design including the garage overall scheme, the selection of the overall size to determine, column, beam and girder design, connectiondesign, etc. First of all, according to the construction site garage space limitation and the lower the design requirement and main body framework's overall size; After the column, beam, longitudinal beam, connection design and strength check.

Based on CATIA, after the completion of design, finite element static analysis technology for the steel structure of garage, stability analysis, solve the whole steel structure, single beam, single garage subject longitudinal beam under the load of the regularity of stress distribution, deformation, as to provide theoretical basis for garage beam-column structure design.
