浅谈社区居家养老服务现状、问题及对策

摘 要
随着我国社会的发展和认识的不断深入，传统的孝文化价值观和传统的社会经济结构的改变，使得传统的家庭养老不断弱化,在这一定的社会养老环境下出现了适应社会发展的居家养老的新型养老模式。本文以广州市天河区下的五山街道为例，通过问卷调查、实地考察、深度访谈、文献收集等方法搜集资料，描述出居家养老服务在五山街道的实施现状，并尝试回答居家养老服务在实施过程中所出现的困难，面对出现的困难提出合理可行的解决办法。 关键词：居家养老服务；社区；养老；服务；社会工作者

Along with the development of our society and the deepening of understanding, the traditional filial piety culture values and traditional economic and social structure changes, the traditional family endowment weakening. In a certain social environment to adapt to the new pattern of old-age social development of old-age home. This paper takes Guangzhou city under Tianhe District Hill Street as an example, through the questionnaire survey, on-the-spot investigation, interviews, literature collection and other methods to collect data, describe the status of implementation of home-based care services in Hill Street, and try to answer the home-based care services which appear during the implementation of the difficulties, in the face of difficulties to bring forward the reasonable and feasible the solution.
