摘 要
机械制造工艺是机械工业的基础，是机械产品的生产的基本技术，工艺工作是每一个机械企业基本的活动内容，加强工艺技术研究，提高工艺水平，搞好工艺管理是提高机械产品质量，降低消耗的根本措施。随着科技的进步机械制造业也日新月异的变化着，对机械产品的要求也日趋严格，特别是在加工精度方面，为了保证产品的精度误差必须协调产品加工中的每一个方面，因为任一方面的误差累积起来，将对产品的精度产生间接的影响。制造业中尤其是机械制造业，在产品生产过程中按照特定工艺，不论其产生规模如何，都需要种类繁多的的工艺装备，而制造业产品的质量、生产率、成本无不与工艺装备有关。随着不规则形状零件在现代制造业中的广泛应用，如何保证这类零件的加工精度就显得尤为重要。
本设计从数控加工前应做的准备开始到数控加工工艺分析、 数控刀具及其选 择、工件装夹方式与数控加工夹具的选择、程序编制等内容以及数控加工时应注 意的问题做了一一的说明。
关键词：数控机床 ，工艺设计，程序编制，加工精度

ABSTRACT
Mechanical manufacturing process is the basis of the machinery industry is the basic technology for the production of mechanical products, craft work is the basic activities of each machinery enterprises and technology research to improve the level of technology, improve process management is to improve the quality of mechanical products, reduce consumption of the fundamental measures. With the advancement of technology machinery manufacturing, rapid changes, are becoming increasingly stringent requirements for machinery products, especially in the machining accuracy must be coordinated in every aspect of the product processing, in order to ensure the accuracy error, because any one hand cumulative error, and the accuracy of the product will be an indirect impact. Manufacturing, especially in the machinery manufacturing industry, in accordance with the specific process in the production process, irrespective of their produce scale requires a wide range of technology and equipment, while manufacturing the product quality, productivity, and cost are all related to the process equipment. With the irregular shape of the parts widely used in modern manufacturing, how to ensure that this type of

machining accuracy is particularly important.
Ready to begin the design should be done from the CNC machining CNC machining process analysis, CNC tool selection, should pay attention to the content and CNC machining with CNC machining of the workpiece clamping fixture selection, programming the eleveninstructions.
