Chapter 4 Formwork Installation Scheme

第四章 模板安装方案

This scheme could be applied for formwork processing and installation on site of Solvay(Changshu)Project. Formwork should be wooden.

本方案适用于苏威(常熟)项目现场模板加工和安装,模板材料采用木模板。

1 .Construction preparation施工前的准备

1.1 Review construction drawings, check contradictions between structure size and building,

and contact designer and owner if any problem found.

熟悉施工图,检查施工图的结构尺寸、建筑尺寸是否相矛盾,如有问题,及时与设计和业主联系,并解决。

1.2 Finalize construction plan of formwork.

确定模板的施工方案;

1.3 For forms of finalized construction plan, carry out form designing, defining stud’s

dimensions, quantity, layout and space between draw-bolt.

对已确定的模板,进行模板的设计,确定龙骨的规格、数量、排列方式及模板拉结螺栓的间距;

1.4 Prepare construction equipments, including disk .

机械设备的准备包括圆盘机、平刨机、压刨机等。

1.5 Raw materials preparation(based on form design, assembled form system - 18Tplywood,

50*100square wood, scaffolding steel pipe) will be carried out according to construction progress and construction section, including adequate plywood, square wood, Φ48×3.5 steel pipes, draw bolt and other miscellaneous materials.

原材料准备(根据模板的设计,确定采用18厚的胶合板,50*100木方,脚手钢管组合模板体系)根据施工进度和施工段的划分,准备足够的胶合板、木方和配套的Φ48×3.5钢管及拉结螺栓等零星材料。

1.6 Form lofting, staking-out and fabrication will be carried out according to forms’ design

drawings.

模板的加工,根据模板设计图翻样加工模板;

2. Site preparation现场准备

2.1 clean jobsite, notify surveyor to measure axis, draw out foundation outline, check rebar

protection and inform rebar work team to correct if any problem found.

清理作业现场,通知测量员进行轴线引测,弹出基础边线,并检查钢筋的保护层,及时

2.2 Carry out form base leveling first, and form placed in correct position, avoiding grout leakage.

进行找平,模板底部应先找平,确保模板位置正确防止漏浆。

2.3 form welding as per foundation’s outline.

根据基础的边框线,焊接模板限位。

2.4 transport the finished form to jobsite.

将已加工好的模板运至施工现场。

3. Form installation 模板的安装 3.1 General principles:总原则: 3.1.1

To achieve monolithic stability, form assembling will be carried out as per design; 按配板设计进行拼装,保证模板系统的整体稳定;

Fittings will be firmly installed; 配件必安装牢固;

3.1.3 Inserts/embedment and preserved holes will be in correct places and firmly installed;

基础模板必须支撑牢固,防止变形;

3.1.4

To avoid deformation, foundation form must be supported firmly; layout of horizontal 所设的水平撑和剪刀撑,应按构造和整体稳定性置。

3.2 Installation of column formwork柱模板安装

The sections of the columns herein are of xxx, for which we propose plywood as formwork, and timer of 100×50 for transom, 14 channel steel with 14 bolts for bracing. The assembly of the formwork to the column should be done at the top all at once. A hole is generally reserved in the middle of the tall column for concrete casting. Please see in the below legend.

本工程的柱子采用18厚胶合板作为模板,100×50木方作为楞木,槽钢14加14螺栓作为支撑系统用,柱模板配制时一次到顶。高柱子中间留门子洞浇混凝土;详见下图。

Recheck elevation of beam bottom, if elevation is correct, erect and level form rack (incl. Installation of horizontal draw rod and bridging), fix crossbeam (made of steel pipe) and beam clip, pave beam soleplate on crossbeam, leveling (arching as required). After beam rebar binding, install and fix the side forms.

复核梁底标高轴线准确无误后,搭设和调平模板支架(包括安装水平拉杆和剪刀撑),固定钢管横楞和梁卡具,再在横楞上铺放梁底板,拉线找直(长粱按要求起拱),在绑扎梁钢筋后,安装并固定两侧粱模板。

3.3.2 Carry out rebar binding for beam bottom; after check and accepted, install side form,

Execution Plan 执行计划 tighten side form to bottom form with steel pipe and bracing, with 75cm spacing. When beam is over 60cm high, middle ridge is required, fixed with bolt. In side form closing, form edge will be in a straight line.

在底模上绑扎钢筋,经验收合格后,清除杂物,安装梁侧模,将两侧模板与底模板用钢管紧固,附以斜撑,其间距一般宜为75cm。当梁高超过60cm时,需加腰楞,并穿结拉螺栓加固。侧模板上口要拉线找直。

Recheck size of beam form, which shall be bonded to adjacent form firmly. 复核检查梁模板尺寸,与相邻模板连接牢固。

3.3.4 Refer to the below drawing – sketch map of beam form installation

3.4 Installation of platform form平台模板的支设

3.4.1 Install vertical columns in rows from the side span, after erection of supports, inspect the

firm connection between lower steel supports and vertical columns, as per the setted level line, carefully adjust the height of the vertical columns and level the steel support. Install major joists at the same time. Generally, the space between vertical columns and major joists shall be 800mm, and space between vertical columns and secondary joists shall be 400mm. install formwork after adjusting to level. Patch the formwork with splice or wooden formwork for those can not meet an integral modular at last. Make sure the splices are tight and level.

从边跨一侧开始逐排安装立柱,支架搭设完毕后,要认真检查下钢楞与支柱的连接及支架安装的牢固与稳定,根据给定的水平线,认真调节支柱的高度,将钢楞找平。并同时安装大龙骨,一般情况下,立柱与大龙骨间距为800mm,小龙骨间距为400mm,调平后开始铺设模板。最后对不够整数模数的模板和窄条缝,采用拼缝或木模嵌补,但拼缝应严密。 3.4.2 After check on form elevation, add horizontal draw rods between column, and layers of

horizontal draw rods are up to column height. Generally speaking, install one layer of horizontal draw rods when it is 200—300mm above ground, later on, add a layer of horizontal draw rods every 1.5m in vertical direction.

在模板铺设标高校正后,立柱之间应加设水平拉杆,其道数根据立柱高度决定,一般离地面200—300mm处设一道,往上纵横方向每隔1.5m左右设一道。 3.4.3

After platform formwork, check levelness and elevation by ---ruler—and gradienter, 平台模铺设后,用靠尺、塞尺和水平仪检查平整度与楼板底标高,并进行校正。

3.4.4

For every 1.2—1.3m space, install bi-directional draw rod for steel pipe support. 钢管支撑每隔1.2—1.3m设双向水平拉杆。
