8.2 The net diameter of the hook made at the end of grade I rebar shall not less than 2.5

times the diameter of the rebar.

Ⅰ级钢筋末端弯钩的净空直径不小于钢筋直径的2.5倍;

8.3 There shall not exist any cracks at the bending point, and the rebar of grade II or above

shall not be bent.

钢筋弯曲点处不得有裂缝,Ⅱ级及Ⅱ级以上的钢筋不能弯过头再弯曲。

8.4 The allowed tolerance of the shaped rebar: full length ±10mm; bending point displacement:

20mm; rebar bending height: ±5mm; hoop rebar perimeter: 3mm.

钢筋弯曲成型后的允许偏差:全长,±10mm;弯起钢筋起弯点位移,20mm,弯起钢筋弯起度,±5mm;箍筋边长,3mm。 9. Rebar Joint钢筋接头

9.1 Flashing butt-welding is applied for the rebar joint of the columns and beams and the

rebar is to be tied-up for the cast-in-situ slabs.

本工程柱梁采用闪光对焊焊接接头、现浇板采用绑扎接头。

9.2 Give priority to flashing butt-welding for hot rolling rebar. Electric arc welding

( overlap welding, binding welding , groove welding and so on), electro-slag pressure welding, gas-pressure welding can also be adopted.

热轧钢筋焊接应优先采用闪光对焊,也可采用电弧焊(搭接焊、绑扎焊、坡口焊、熔槽绑条焊)、电渣压力焊、气压焊等多种工艺。

9.3 The joint location of longitude load-bearing rebar on top of the beams shall be more than

1.5h away from the beam end for class II, III the earthquake-proof building (h stand for the efficient height of the beam section0).

梁的上部纵向受力钢筋接头的位置,对Ⅱ、Ⅲ级抗震等级距梁端大于1.5h(h为梁截面有效高度)。

9.4 When load-bearing rebar is welded for connection, the welding joints located on the same

structural member shall be misaligned. The welding joints shall be spaced to the distance of 35 times the rebar diameter, not less than 500mm. the ratio of the section of the load-bearing rebar with welding joint to the total section of the load-bearing rebar shall meet the following requirements:

受力钢筋采用焊接接头时,设置在同一构件内的焊接接头应相互错开,在焊接接头处的 35倍钢筋直径,且不小于500mm区段内,有接头的受力钢筋截面面积受力钢筋总截面面积的百分率,应符合下列规定:

9.5 Non-prestressed rebar: shall be less than 50% in tension bearing area; no limitation in

非预应力筋:受拉区,不宜超过50%,受压区不限制。

9.6 The distance from the welding joint to bending point shall not be less than

ten times the rebar diameter and the welding joint should not be located in biggest bending area of the structural member.

焊接接头距钢筋弯曲处,不应小于钢筋直径的10倍,也不宜位于构件的最大弯距处。

9.7 Prior to rebar welding, welding trial must be made according to the construction conditions.

Welding operation can only be commenced after the welding trial passes. The welders must be qualified and certified and their business must be confined to the approved field.

钢筋焊接前,必须根据施工条件进行试焊,合格后方可施焊,从事钢筋焊接生产的焊工必须具有焊工合格证,并在规定的范围内进行焊接操作。

9.8 The welding joint type, WPS and acceptance shall be in accordance with REBAR

WELDING AND ACCEPTANCE CODE (JGJ18-96).

钢筋焊接接头形式、焊接工艺和质量验收,应符合《钢筋焊接及验收规程》(JGJ18-96)的规定。

10. Rebar Binding and installation

钢筋绑扎和安装 10.1 Preparation准备工作

10.1.1 Verify the grade, diameter, shape and dimension and quantity against the material

sheet and label. Any mistake or omission shall be rectified or supplemented. Prepare the necessity of steel wires and protection layer pads as well as common tools for tie-up such as rebar hook, little crowbar and tie-up support.

核对成品钢筋的级别、直径、形状、尺寸和数量等到是否和料单、料牌相符,如有错、漏应纠正、增补。准备必需数量的铁丝和保护层垫块以及常用的绑扎工具,如钢筋钩、带板口的小撬棍、绑扎架等。

10..1.2 When to tie-up in-place, clear the paring, timber scrapes or rubbish inside the formwork

first.

在现场就位绑扎时,首先应将模板内刨花、碎木块及垃圾等清除干净。

10.1.3 In order to provide the load-bearing rebar with certain thickness of protection concrete,

cement pad shall be arranged at the bottom of the load bearing rebar of the beams and slabs and at the side of the form. When the main rebar exist on two different layers, short rebar shall be set between the two-layer rebar at the designed space.
