第五章 钢筋安装方案

Requirments 要求

a.Mill test reports certifying physical and chemical properties or ex-factory certificate of

qualification for reinforcing steel to be delivered to the site.

钢筋运抵工地之前,提供钢筋的关于物理化学性能的轧制试验报告书或出厂合格证。

b. Manufacturers product data sheets shall be submitted for: welded wire fabric, welding

electrodes, and mechanical couplers.

提供厂商焊接钢丝网、焊条及机械连接一览表。

c. Shop and placement drawings showing all piece numbers, quantities,grades, sizes, bar

bend requirements, positions, spacing, clearances,splices, welds, splice devices, supports, etc

施工详图应标明:钢筋编号、数量、等级、规格、弯起、位置、架立筋、净长度、接头、焊接、接头器件、钢筋垫块等。

d. A copy of all welders’ certifications prior to any welding.

各种焊接焊工的资格证书。

e. Inspection report, aiming at laying and welding of reinforcing steel.

有关钢筋铺设和焊接的检查报告。

1. Material Requirement材料要求

1.1 Each patch of the rebar must be identified with tag, ex-shop quality certificate and test

report. The rebar delivered to the site shall be inspected as per the patch number and the diameter for acceptance. The acceptance includes tag and visual appearance inspection as well as random sampling for dynamic test in compliance with related codes. Only when the random sampling for dynamic test is qualified can the material be used. During the fabrication of rebar, if any abnormal phenomenon such as breaking, bad welding performance or distinct dynamics deficiency occurs, chemical component test or other special tests shall be performed.

钢筋应有出厂质量证明书和试验报告单,每捆(盘)钢筋均应有标牌。进场时应按炉罐(批)号及直径分批验收。验收内容包括检查标牌,外观检查,并按有关标准的规定抽取试样做力学性能试验,合格后方可使用。钢筋在加工过程中如发现脆断、焊接性能不良或力学性能显著不正常现象时,应进行化学成分检验或其它专项检验。

a) Electric welding or gas cutting are forbidden to be used for rebar sampling.

b) The specification and brand of all the welding electrodes/wires must be in compliance with

the design requirement.

工程所有电焊条的规格、牌号,必须符合设计要求。

c) On site the delivered rebar must be kept by separately by the category, specification,

performance so as to prevent rusting and contamination.

钢筋进场后,必须按不同的品种规格、性能分别堆放,防止锈蚀和污染。

d) All the stacked rebar, products and by products must be labeled with indication of the

description, specification, quantity and where it is to be used with the aim of preventing mishandling and contamination by greasy contents.

堆放的钢筋及成品、半成品、必须逐一挂牌,标明其名、规格、数量及使用部位,以免发生差错,并防止油脂类污染。

1.6 Welding electrodes/wires shall be kept on the wooden (steel) shelf by the specification and

type so as to avoid moistening. The electrodes must be baking-treated before being used.

电焊条应分规格、牌号放置在木(铁)制的材料架上,不使其变潮,电焊条在使用前必须按规定进行烘陪处理。 2. Quality Criteria质量标准

2.1 The specification and quality of the rebars, the tag No. and properties of welding

electrodes and flux and the steel plate/profiles must be in compliance with the requirement of design and relevant codes.

钢筋的品种和质量,焊条、焊剂的牌号,性能及接头所用钢板,型钢等均必须符合设计要求和有关标准的规定。

2.2 The rebars’ specification, shape, dimension, quantity, spacing distance, anchorage length

and joint must meet the requirement of the design and construction specification. The rebars’ surface must be kept clean. The rebars with granular or scale rust can not be utilized according to the original specification if rust dots remain even after rust removal treatment.

钢筋的规格、形状、尺寸数量、间距、锚固长度和接头设置必须符合设计要求和施工

规范定。钢筋的表面必须清洁。带有颗粒或片状老锈,经除锈后仍留有麻点的钢筋,严禁按原规格使用。

2.3 For tie-up of rebar mesh and framework, the quantity of missing binding and/or loose

binding shall be less than 20%, which should not be concentrated.

钢筋网片和骨架的绑扎,其缺扣、松扣的数量不得超过应绑扎数量的20%,且不得集

Execution Plan 执行计划 2.4 The quantity of omitted welding points and deficient welding points shall be less than 6%,

which should not be concentrated. For the slab inserted into the column, welding omission or deficiency is forbidden.

焊接骨架不得漏焊、开焊、网片漏焊、开焊不得超过焊点数的6%,且不得集中。板伸入支座范围内的焊点无漏焊,开焊现象。 3. Operation Preparation操作准备

3.1 Prior to rebar machining, familiarity with the drawing and material allocation sheet as well

as the information for the specification, shape and dimension is necessary. If substitute is needed, the design party’s consent shall be obtained beforehand.

钢筋加工前应先熟悉图纸和配料单,钢筋加工的规格、形状、尺寸。需要代换时,要征得设计单位的同意。

3.2 The rebar surface shall be clean without mars, and the greasy contamination or rusts must

be removed before being used.

钢筋表面应清洁,无损伤,油脂污染和铁锈等应在使用前清除干净。

3.3 For each rebar machining course, a QA handover procedure shall be established. When

rebar tie-up is finalized and located in-place, verification inspection and concealing works acceptance procedure must be performed.

钢筋加工的各道工序,都要建立质量交接检查制度。钢筋绑扎安装完毕后,必须经过检验,并办理隐蔽工程验收签证手续。 4. Steel Rebar Rust Removal钢筋除锈

4.1 The rebar surface shall be clean. The oily dots, paint, and scales / rusts which can

be peeled with hammer shall be wiped out before the rebar is used. Prior to welding, rusts around welding joint shall be cleared off.

钢筋的表面要洁净。油渍、漆污和用锤敲时能剥落的浮皮、铁锈在使用前清除干净。在焊接前,焊点处的浮锈清除干净。

4.2 Try to remove the rusts by cold stretching and straightening the rebar as much as possible.

Electric de-rusting machine and manual rust removal can also be applied.

除锈工作尽量利用冷拉和调直工序进行除锈。也可采用电动除锈机和人工除锈。
