Note: The water stop is steel water stop, material will be provided by GC, contractor is
responsible for the installation.
The water stop will be fixed withф8 rebar frame, the rebar be bended to U shape, and be fixed with main rebar by spot welding. Put the water stop into U shape groove, with the space of 300, then be bonded by steel wire at the location of 10mm to the side. 注：止水板为钢板止水带，材料由GC提供，承包商安装。
止水带固定采用ф8钢筋架，弯成U形，与主筋点焊固定，将止水带卡入U形槽中，间距300，用细铁丝靠边缘10mm绑住。
3.7. The horizontal construction joint of pond structure should be set 500 above base. And
waterstop should be of steel board.
废水结构水平施工缝留置在底板上口500位置，止水带采用钢板止水带。
3.8.Installation of formwork of late poured band: framework of rebar for 25 in diameter, with
100mm space and dense meshed steel screen.
后浇带模板安装：采用直径25的钢筋做骨架，间距100mm，内衬密目钢板网。 4．Quality Inspection & Acceptance for formwork模板质量要求和检查验收
Upon formwork completion, carry out check as per Concrete Structural Construction and Inspection Regulation（GB50204-2002）, next step construction can’t start until it pass inspection.
模板安装完毕后，应按《混凝土结构施工验收规范》（GB50204-2002）的有关规定进行检查，验收合格后方可进行下一道工序。 4.1 Assembled form must satisfy design requirements.
组装的模板必须符合施工设计的要求。
4.2 All connection, support and reinforcement must be installed firmly without loose. Form
must be spliced closely.

4.3 Refer to the follow schedule – allowance deviation of in – situ cast formwork, and pass rate
shall be within 90%.

5. form removal provision模板拆除规定
5.1 General requirements for form removal模板拆除的一般规定
5.1.1 Side form removal: when concrete surface and edge will not be damaged by form
removal (concrete strength is over 1.2N/mm2), then form removal can be carried out.
侧模的拆除：在混凝土强度能保证其表面及棱角不因拆除模板而受损后（混凝土强度大于1.2N/mm2），方可拆除。
Bottom form removal shall follow Concrete Structural Construction and Inspection Regulation（GB50204-2002）, bearing form’s removal schedule follow the following schedule. Construction team shall apply for form removal, which can’t be carried out until approval gained from technical department.

5.1.3 With regard to removed form and rack, it can’t take full load until design strength reached;
when construction load.
已拆除模板及支架的结构，在混凝土达到设计强度的等级后方可承受全部荷载；当施工荷载所产生的效应比使用荷载更不利时，必须经验算，加设临时支撑。
Sequence and method of form removing shall follow design requirement. If no design requirements specified, remove form in accordance installation sequence, those installed firstly, will be removed firstly too; remove non-bearing form firstly, and remove bearing form later; removing start from up to down. Remove side support firstly, and remove vertical support later.
拆装模板的顺序和方法，就按照配板设计的规定进行。若无设计规定时，就遵循先支的后拆．后支的先拆；先拆不承重的模板，后拆承重部分的模板；自上而下。先拆侧向支撑，后拆竖向支撑等原则。
Formwork organization. Both form installation and form removal will be completed by one work team, thus worker will take removal convenience into consideration in formwork, and worker will be familiar with jobsite situation, easily find out key points in form removing, benefiting form removing progress, safety and protection on form and fittings.
模板工程作业组织，应遵循支模与拆模统一由一个作业班组执行作业。其好处是支模就考虑拆模的方便与安全，拆模时人员熟知情况，易找拆模的关键点位，对拆模进度、安全、模板及配件的保护都有利。
During form removal, to avoid any safety accident, construction worker shall stall in safe place. Only when all form removed, form and fitting can be transported off and laid down out of jobsite. At the interval of form removing, remove, transport and lay down the loosen form, rebar and support.
拆模时，操作人员应站在安全处，以免发生安全事故，待模板全部拆除后，方准将模板、配件运出堆放。拆模间歇时，应将已活动的模板、牵杠、支撑等拆除、运走或妥善堆放，防止因踏空、扶空而坠落。
it’s forbidden to throw or removed form or fittings, which shall be laid in designed places and cleaned on time, maintained and coated with insulation for use at any time.
拆下的模板、配件等，严禁抛扔，要有人接应传递，按指定地点堆放，并做到及时清理，维修和涂刷好隔离剂以备待用。 6 .Others其它需要注意事项：
6.1 Prior to form oil coating, form shall be clean and clear. 刷脱模剂前，模板必须清理干净。
