25. Qualification Samples As outlined in the qualification process (PMQ) for any item, one (1) bottle per cavity being packed will be submitted to the Packaging Technology Group. The samples are to be taken at the end of the line after they have passed through all of the inspection equipment and video jet code has been applied. The samples should be gathered as soon as reasonably possible after the plant has decided to begin packing the job (i.e., no more than 24 hours). If a particular mold(s) is not being packed due to defects, and is being rejected by the mold reader, a sample is not required. The reason for not packing the mold will be noted on the data sheet submitted with the samples.

These samples will be assumed to represent production that will be shipped to the using brewery, and should be defect free and conform to all dimensional specifications.

In addition, numerical data will be provided for this set of bottles as measured by the manufacturer for height, diameters, lean, overflow, weight, light transmission, and finish dimensions. 25.认证样品

Incoming Re-shippers (if applicable) - All bottles will be packed in individual re-shipper cases which conform to ABI carton specifications.

All corrugated cartons will have the bottom flaps glued. Gluing on all corrugated cartons will, in addition to complying with the U.F.C. rule 41, be firmly glued by one of the following methods:

Non-Returnable One-Use Cartons 1) All flaps firmly glued with a cold resin (water resistant) type glue to provide not less than 50% fiber tear of the available flap contact area. 2) All flaps firmly glued with stripes of a hot-melt adhesive of 100% solids contents of thermo- plastic materials which will maintain bond at temperatures of -28.9°C to 60.0°C. The adhesive must provide not less than 25% fiber tear of the available flap contact area with bond areas extending to within 12.70 mm or less of the center seam. 3) All flaps firmly glued with a combination of cold resin glue and hot melt adhesive where necessary on automatic set-up equipment to provide contact while cold glue is setting up. The adhesive must provide not less than 50% fiber tear of the available flap contact area. The hot and cold adhesives are not to overlap. 1000 ml and greater capacity Non-Returnable Cartons 1) All flaps must be firmly glued with a cold resin (water resistant) type glue to provide at least 50% fiber tear of flap contact area. 2) All flaps firmly glued with a combination of cold resin glue and hot melt adhesive where necessary on automatic set-up equipment to provide contact while cold glue is setting up. The hot and cold adhesives are not to overlap. Any fiber tear resulting from use of hot melt is not to be included in the calculation of the fiber tear. Returnable Solid Fiber Cartons - Cartons to be assembled as outlined in the individual carton specification. 26.包装 入厂重新发货(如适用)-重新发货的所有瓶子用符合AB标准的纸箱包装。

27. Packing/Unit Load A) Incoming Bulk Unit Loads - Only approved materials for pads, tier sheets, pallets, and strapping

material are acceptable. All pads must be clean and defect free to guarantee that there is no contamination of the bottles (glass, foreign objects). See PTG standardized incoming bulk unit load specifications for specific materials.

B) Incoming re-shipper bottle cartons (if applicable) will be palletized as per instructions of the receiving brewery and the following:

Pallet - Incoming glass bottle loads will be palletized on standard Anheuser-Busch, Inc. returnable beer pallets.

Stacking Method - Individual cartons will be stacked in the vertical, upright position. Individual layers of cases will alternate so that an interlocking pattern is formed. No separating or deck pad will be utilized. Straps - Pallet unitizing strapping material, if any, will be clear green PET or black polypropylene with heat/fusion seal. Plastic clips of the same strap composition may be substituted. No metal clips of any kind are allowed.

Top caps - Protective pallet top caps must cover the entire top of the load. Pallet top caps may be

constructed of corrugated board (125# test minimum) or the Anheuser-Busch approved polyethylene film or ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer. If the polyethylene is used, it must conform to C A S number 900-88-4. If ethylene vinyl copolymer is used, it must conform to C A S number 24937-78-8. THERE IS TO BE

NO DEVIATION FROM TYPE MATERIAL OR DIMENSIONS AS STATED ABOVE FOR TOP CAPS. Any recommendations for changing top cap material or dimensions must be approved by CQA-Packaging prior to testing or utilization. Top cap specifications are not up to the discretion of the brewery.

27. 包装、卸货

托盘-入厂玻瓶应该按AB公司可回收啤酒瓶托盘要求打托。

堆叠方法-单个纸箱应垂直、正向堆放。 各层内要交错以便形成层内连锁的方式。 不可使用分离的方式叠放。

捆扎带-托盘要使用捆扎材料,如有,则应为干净绿色的的PET或黑色的聚丙烯且应是热熔粘封。与捆扎带成分相同的塑料夹也可使用。 不得使用任何型式的金属夹子。

盖板-保护性盖板必须覆盖托盘的整个顶部。托盘盖板可用瓦楞纸板(至少为125#)或者AB批准的聚乙烯膜或乙烯醋酸酯聚合物。 如使用乙烯膜,乙烯膜必须满足 C A S # 900-88-4的要求。 如使用乙烯醋酸酯聚合物,则必须符合 C A S number 24937-78-8的条款。任何改变盖板材料或尺寸的建议在测试或使用之前都必须征得CQA包装的许可。盖板材料尺寸不得许背离上述标准。 盖板标准不等于酒厂使用判定结果。

30. Manufacturer’s Responsibility Nothing in this specification will overrule the contract with each supplier. The final test for the bottles is in-plant operations and actual use. Nothing in these specifications should be construed as relieving the vendor of any responsibility for the bottle’s actual overall performance and satisfactory production handling. 30.供应商职责:
