Qiu Shaochun is the most famous leaf-blowing musician in China. The 53-year-old has performed in more than 30countries and areas. beginning almost twenty years ago, when he toured Spain, France and Italy with a theater company from Xiamen, Fujian Province.

Growing up in a Fujian village, Qiu would spend hours

player. But he never gave up on his childhood dream of making leaf-blowing his career. He achieved this when he joined the traveling theater company from Xiamen in 1996.
