摘 要

伴随着我国社会主义市场经济不断发展,薪酬管理应运而生。近年来,我国社会主义市场经济体制建立并逐步完善,企业已将薪酬管理作为企业人力资源管理的重要方面。薪酬管理改革是否成功在很大程度上取决于员工的感受, 而薪酬满意度是员工对薪酬的核心感受和态度, 是决定员工行为的一个重要因素, 也是企业薪酬管理和改革的指南。作为影响员工个人绩效及企业经营目标实现的关键,无论是企业还是员工都已将薪酬满意度视为最重要的工作指标。高满意度的薪酬可以吸引、留住人才,极大地激励员工的积极性、主动性和创造性,从而构建企业核心能力,推动企业战略目标的实现。

本篇论文以薪酬管理相关理论为基础,在借鉴以往研究成果的基础上,通过问卷调查获得xxx服装公司员工薪酬满意度的原始数据,经过数据统计与分析,对薪酬满意度的影响因素进行了实证研究,提出了相应的解决对策。全文分为六大部分:第一章绪论阐述本文研究课题的背景、方法、目的及相关意义;第二章文献综述,主要阐述国内外对薪酬满意度的研究以及薪酬满意度相关理论的概述;第三章主要阐述本文研究对象xxx服装公司的概况、人员情况以及薪酬情况;第四章主要对问卷进行的设计及预测试;第五章通过问卷发放、回收、统计问卷,运用SPSSl8.0通过因子分析、相关分析、回归分析等方法,明确相关影响因素的关系及权重;第六章得出本文结论并就如何提高公司员工薪酬满意度提出相应的策略。

ABSTRCT

Along with our country socialist market economic development, compensation management arises at the historic moment. In recent years, our country socialist market economy system set up and improved step by step, the enterprise has salary management as enterprise human resources management important aspect. Salary management reform success depends to a great extent on the feelings of their employees, and pay satisfaction is the core of the salary employees feel and attitude, is decided to employee behavior is one of important factors, is the enterprise's salary management and reform the guide. As affect employee performance and personal business realizing the goal of the key, whether enterprise or employees are already will pay satisfaction as the most important job index. High satisfaction salary can attract and retain talents, greatly to motivate their enthusiasm, initiative and the creativity, and to set up the business enterprise core competence, and promote enterprise strategic target realization.

This paper to salary management related theory as the foundation, in reference to previous research achievements on the basis of investigation of Benxi flourishing industry for the clothing company employee compensation of the satisfaction degree of the original data, after data statistics and analysis, the influence factors to pay satisfaction, empirical studies conducted by the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. Full text is divided into six parts: the first chapter the introduction this research topic in this paper, the method, the purpose and the background related meaning; The second chapter, this paper mainly expounds the salary of the satisfaction degree of the research at home and abroad and the related theory of this pay satisfaction; The third chapter in this paper mainly expounds the research object Benxi flourishing industry the general situation of the clothing company, staff and salary case; The fourth chapter basically to the design of the questionnaire
