腰椎结核后路病灶清除双钛网植骨融合内固定的临床研究

【摘要】Objective To analyze retrospectively clinical efficacy and feasibility of one-stage posterior lumbar debridement,interbody fusion with double titanium mesh,and posterior instrumentation in treating lumbar spinal tuberculosis.Methods A total of 21 patients (13 males and 8 females) with lumbar tuberculosis were selected in our hospital from Jun 2010 to Nov 2015.All patients were given one-stage posterior lumbar debridement,interbody fusion with double titanium mesh,and posterior instrumentation,including L2/3 in 4 cases,L3/4 in 5 cases,L4/5 in 9 cases,and L5/S1 in 3 cases.The age ranged from 23 to 58 years with an average of 42.9 years.All patients suffered from back pain,13 patients combined with night sweats,fever,11 with weight loss,9 with limbs numb.Every patient underwent lumbar spine X-ray,CT scan and MRI examination before surgery.All patients received at least a standard preoperative 2 to 3 weeks anti-tuberculosis treatment.Results All patients were followed up for 12 to 36 months (mean 16 months) and were confirmed by pathology or microbiology.There was no persistence or recurrence of infection,and the symptoms were significantly relieved after the treatment.The erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) was
