电机转子硅钢片压紧液压机装置及

液压系统设计

摘要:本次设计为电机转子硅钢片压紧液压机装置及液压系统,主要对液压机各零部件进行设计计算,以及系统原理图的设计分析。该液压机为三梁四柱液压机,零部件主要包括液压机主缸,滑块,横梁,立柱,充液阀,以及油箱。液压机的主机主要由横梁、滑块、立柱、工作台、导柱、主缸和顶出缸组成。通过对液压机参数计算分析,对横梁、滑块、工作台和导柱及其主要零件设计,进而可以完成总体方案设计。总体设计方案完成后进行液压缸的设计计算并校核,电机及泵的选择一系列的过程。确定液压缸参数后对液压元件进行选型,选择合适的液压元件从而保证液压系统运行稳定。最后对液压系统性能进行简单验算。本设计的液压系统主缸能顺利实现快速下行,缓慢加压,保压延时,释压,快速上行。顶出缸可以实现上顶,顶出杆回位等工作步骤。

Abstract: The design of motor rotor for silicon steel pressure hydraulic press system and hydraulic system mainly to the hydraulic press design and calculate various spare parts and system diagram design analysis . The overall design scheme after completing the design of hydraulic cylinder is calculated and checked, motor and pump selection of a series of process. Determine the parameters of hydraulic cylinder after selection of hydraulic components, select the appropriate hydraulic components to ensure the stable operation of the hydraulic system. The last of the hydraulic system performance checking the simple. The design of the hydraulic system main cylinder can realize smoothly fast descending, slow compression, the rolling, discharging, rapid upward. Ejector cylinder can realize on top, ejector bar and steps back.
