摘要

图像复原技术有着非常广泛的应用领域,最近几年来渐渐成为国内外图像研究的热门问题。而在安保监控、道路超速侦测、车牌辨识系统等一些领域中,关于运动模糊图像的高清复原愈发成为一个急需解决的问题。

本文介绍了运动模糊图像的复原,包括图像的噪声、退化模型和质量评价的两种方法;分别研究了逆滤波、维纳滤波和Richardson一Lucy三种复原方法的原理,并且做了一系列实验仿真在无噪声和有噪声(高斯、椒盐)的情况下 ,给出了有关图像质量评价的一些常用指标。实验结果表明了在图像中无噪声时,图像复原质量最高的是逆滤波复原,然后是维纳滤波,而图像复原质量最低的是RL方法,但图像的清晰度可以接受。在此实验的基础下,针对逆滤波、维纳滤波和RL复原方法,在VC++6.0开发环境中设计系统分别实现了上述方法。

该系统主要可以实现图像数据的复原处理、存储、备份、发送、状态设置等功能,整体软件结构包括主控模块、数据存储模块、用户管理模块、状态设置模块、安全日志模块、网络传输模块和一些核心图像处理模块构成。

因为运动模糊图像所设计的领域非常广,所以本文只针对这三种常用的关键算法做论述,并在VC++6.0开发环境中设计系统实现,以后会做一些关于运动模糊图像方面的硬件设计。

Abstract

Image restoration technology has a very wide range of applications, in recent years becoming a hot issue of image research at home and abroad. In security monitoring, road speed detection, license plate recognition system in some areas, such as hd of motion blurred image restoration has become an urgent need to solve the problem.

Motion blur image restoration has been introduced in this paper, including the noise of the image, the degradation model and quality evaluation of two kinds of methods; Respectively to study the inverse filtering, wiener filtering and Richardson, a Lucy the principle of three methods of recovery, and do a series of experiments in the absence of noise and have noise (gaussian, salt and pepper), gives some commonly used on the evaluation of image quality indicators. Experimental results show that the noise in the image, the image restoration of the highest quality is inverse filtering recovery, then the wiener filtering, and the lowest quality of image restoration is RL method, but the sharpness of the image is acceptable. Under the basis of the experiment, in view of the inverse filter, wiener filtering and RL recovery method, in the vc + + 6.0 development environment design system, the method is implemented.

The system mainly can realize image data recovery processing, storage, backup, send, state, and other functions, the overall software structure including master control module, data storage module, user management module, the state set up the module, the security log module, network transmission module and a few core image processing modules.

Because motion blurred image design field is very broad, so this article only for the key to the three kinds of commonly used algorithms, and design system implemented in vc + + 6.0 development environment, will do some aspects of hardware design of motion blurred image.
