工厂及日常生产生活中所有者希望他们的设备能以最低的成本生产最多的产品,而在生产及石油、天然气和石化等多个行业,能源成本占总生产成本的30-50%。因此,通过过程自动化技术增效节能是降低生产成本的有效途径。

对于过程自动化技术而言,自动控制程序不仅能够监测和显示生产过程中的运行状况,还能模拟不同的运行模式,找到最佳策略以提高能效。这些程序的独特优势是能够“学习”和预测趋势,提高了对外界条件变化的响应速度。

设计开发更合理适用的加料实时控制方式,解决水厂沉淀池中明矾混凝剂的投加量控制问题,建立完善的自动化加料系统,是水厂生产实现全面自动化的关键,也是摆在整个水处理行业面前的重要课题。

随着生产技术已经人民生活水平的提高,自动化控制也渐渐成为了当代社会的主流,自动控制水平的提高也代表着工业化水平提高是工业化发展的标志之一,自动加料机的设计可以大大节省人力资源控制加料过程完成了自动控制提高了生产效率以及生产的质量,同时家庭使用自动加料机进行生产养殖也是可以节省人力资源可以创造更大的利益,给人民的生产生活带来方便,给工业化大生产带来巨大的利益效益及工作效率等。
