We buy all kinds of foods from the market. We have food every day. Do you ever think about how these foods come to our tables?
Food scientists use scientific methods from physics, chemistry and biology to make foods healthy, safe, tasty and easy to cook. Some food scientists pay attention to the taste and “mouth feel” of foods. They found that high－fat foods usually had a very good mouth feel. It is not healthful to eat too many high－fat foods.
