我国城市轨道交通运营管理存在的问题分析

摘要：城市轨道交通在当前的城市交通系统中占有十分重要的地位，很好地保障了人们的出行和货物运输，极大地缓解了交通压力，有着巨大的发展潜力。但是当前我国城市轨道交通运营管理却存在着管理模式复杂多样、标准不一、不完善等一系列问题，对此必须要建立完善相关管理制度，保障城市轨道交通更好的运营发展。本文主要分析了我国城市轨道交通运营管理存在的问题，并提出了相关应对措施和建议，以供参考。 关键词：城市轨道交通；运营管理；问题；措施

Abstract： Urban rail transit plays an important role in the current urban transportation system， which guarantees people's travel and cargo transportation， greatly alleviates traffic pressure and has great potential for development. However， at present， China's urban rail transit operation management has a series of problems such as complex management models， different standards， and imperfections. Therefore， it is necessary to establish and improve relevant management systems to ensure better operational development of urban rail transit. This paper mainly analyzes the
problems existing in the operation and management of urban rail transit in China， and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for reference.

在現今快节奏的生活模式下，城市的交通系统越来越发达，其中轨道交通是城市交通系统中必不可少的一部分，在城市轨道交通发展的过程中，应该不断提高其服务质量便捷性和安全性，这就对相应的运营管理工作提出了新的要求。当前我国城市轨道交通运营管理还存在着许多需要解决的问题，这些都是需要我们去深入分析和努力改进的，从而推动整个交通系统的良性健康发展。
1 我国城市轨道交通运营管理存在的问题分析 1.1 管理模式复杂多样
当前我国许多城市在城市轨道交通运用管理上采用了投融资模式，但每个城市又有着很多方面的不同。具体来说，城市会将融资建设、运营及物业开发等方面进行统一化管理，但在具体的分项管理上的模式千差万别，导致管理模式复杂多样，没有形成统一化的管理模式[1]。
