第一篇 工程概况及搭设设计

一、 工程概况

xxx工程,位于福建省南平市西芹镇新亭。由xxx责任公司开发,xxx公司承建。本工程由七栋居民住宅楼,室外道路,雨污管道工程,室内外消防工程,景观等组成。其中1#、3#~7#均为地上18层公寓楼,2#楼为一栋六层公寓楼。总建筑面积约五万三千㎡本工程。本工程其中1#、3#、4#、6#结构形式相同,建筑总高为52米,5#、7#结构形式相同,建筑总高为52米、2#楼建筑总高为17米,根据施工图纸,我方对于2#采选择用落地式双排脚手架作为其防护,对于1#、3#、4#、5#、6#、7#采用落地式双排脚手架及悬挑式脚手架为其防护。

二、 编制依据

7、《钢筋混凝土用钢 第一部分:热轧光圆钢筋》GB1499.1

三、 脚手架设计:。

本工程外架设计分为两个部分1#、3#、4#、5#、6#、7#为其中第一部分、2#为其中第二部分,其中第一部分,外架采用落地式外脚
