供热外网毕业设计论文摘要

随着人们生活水平的提高,集中供热被越来越多地采用,采用集中供暖可以减少能量的浪费,提高供热效率,减少环境污染,利于管理.同时采用集中供热可提高供热质量,提高人们的生活质量.但是在以往的设计中,由于外网与内网的配合往往出现缝隙,使得各个建筑物的资用压头与实际需要的出现偏差,使系统水力失调, 浪费了大量的热量,而供热效果却不甚理想.本次设计要求解决这一问题,使得系统的平衡性有一个较大的提高,减少系统的失调损失,节省燃料和电、水的消耗,并提高供热质量。

间接连接供热因其热源补水率低,热网的压力工况和流量工况不受用户的影响,便于热网运行管理。在近年来已经成为流行的供热方式。本次设计为贴近实际也采用了间接连接供热,在各个小区设置了热力站。

地沟敷设已被使用很久,使传统的供热管道敷设方式,本次设计的一级网使用了这种成熟的辐设方式。近年来兴起的直埋敷设因其造价低,施工快,维护简单等特点以及越来越可靠的性能,在实际工程中也有了很多应用,本次设计的的二级网采用了这种新型的敷设方式。

关键词:间接连接供热;直埋敷设;水力平衡 说明书勘误:水泵的选取有误

要求必须按照正确的方法选取,而且需要知道步骤 尤其是水泵的特性曲线,水泵图谱一定要明白。 不要使用软件选水泵

热源循环水泵应尽量选取一用一备,不应有富裕值,两台并联使用时型号应不相同,用以调节使用。

补给水泵应选取一用一备。Q应为1.1倍的计算值。H应为1.2倍的理论计算值。

热力站循环水泵应选取一用一备,多台并联时,型号不应相同补给水泵一用一备。Q应为1.1倍的计算值。H应为1.2倍的理论计算值。

Abstract

With the the exaltation of people’s life. The district heating system has been adopted more and more, the adoption of can reduce the waste of energy, raise the efficiency of heating, decrease the

pollution of environment, benefit in management.Adopt district heating system can raise the heating quality,raise people's living quality at the same time.But in the former design, because of the match of the outside net with the inside usually appears blind side, making the press of the system providing deviation of each building need,which makes the maladjustment of the press.effective demand, make the system maladjustment, waste a great deal of energy, but provide bad heating quality.This design request resolves this problem, making the balance of the system have a bigger exaltation, reducing the of the system maladjustment, reduce the consume of electric,water.

The indirect conjunction heating because of its low needing of water, the pressure condition and discharge work condition of the system is independence to the user.It is easy for the management of the heating system. The indirect conjunction heating system have already become popular in recent years.This design use this system,too.Set thermodynamic station in each block.

The ditch spread have already been used for a long time, this

traditionally mode is used in the first class net. Direct buried spread rise in recent years because of it’s low price,quick construction,more and more dependable function.Direct buried pipeline has been used in a lots of projects.The second class net of this design adopt this kind of new spread method.
