地基与基础设计中应注意的问题探讨
摘要:建筑物中，地基是根本，而且地基复杂多样，地基及基础设计时应该认真分析研究。由于承载建筑的地基复杂多样，即使同一建筑物其地基也可能不一样，因此地基是否需要处理，如何处理，基础形式怎样选取，应该认真研究并做出多种方案进行技术经济比较。本文就地基与基础设计中应注意的问题进行探讨。

Abstract: the building, the foundation is the root, the foundation and complicated, foundation and basic design should be careful analysis research. Due to load the foundation of the building is complicated, even though the same building the foundation also may be different, so whether foundation to deal with, how to deal with, foundation forms how to select, should be carefully studied and make various technical and economic comparison of schemes. This paper foundation and fundamental problems that should be paid attention to in the design is discussed in this paper.

前言
地基基础是所有建筑的起始，属地下隐蔽工程，质量的好坏直接关系到建筑物的安危。建筑物的质量事故，很多与地基基础问题密切联系，如发生质量问题将直接影响到结构安全，作为现场的施工、管理人员应针对施工中经常出现的质量问题，采取相应的控制措施，以提高地基与基础工程的施工质量。因此，在工程建设时，对地基基础合理选择，设计和施工，是保证建筑物使用安全、节约投资的重要环节。
一、建筑物的地基处理目的与意义
各类建筑物的地基需要解决的技术问题，可概括为下列四个方面：
地基的强度与稳定性问题：若地基的抗剪强度不足以支撑局部荷载时，地基就会产生局部剪切或整体滑动破坏，它将影响建筑物的正常使用，甚至成为灾难。
地基的变形问题：当地基在上部荷载作用下，产生严重沉降或不均匀沉降时，就会影响建筑物的正常使用，甚至发生整体倾斜、墙体开裂、基础断裂等事故。
