定期小修项目 Periodic repair items
2.1打开电动机非负荷端端盖及前后轴承盖检查，必要时更换轴承油。
2.1 Open and check the non-load end cover and front & back bearing cover, change bearing oil when it is necessary.
2.2测量定转子空气隙及非负荷端内风扇及导风环的间隙。
2.2 Measure the air-gap of the stators and rotors, the fans in non-load end as well as the air guide ring clearance. 2.3清扫过滤器及通风道，用压缩空气吹灰。
2.3 Clean the filter and the air-duct, use the compressed air to purge dust. 2.4检查滑环、电刷、刷架、举刷装置及换向器，适量更换电刷。

2.5 Check the clean the junction box, tighten the joint bolt and supporting porcelain insulator, measure the DC resistance and insulation of the stator and rotor windings.

大修前的准备工作
The preparation work before an overhaul
1.1大修前，应检查电动机的振动、电流及温度、轴承声音等，根据检查情况和预防性试验记录及检修记录编制大修项目及检修计划。
1.1 Before an overhaul, such things as motor vibration, current, temperature, bearing sound, etc. should be checked. The overhaul items and maintenance plan are scheduled based on the checking data, the preventive tests and the maintenance records.
1.2组织检修人员学习检修工艺规程及措施和有关注意事项，并进行技术交底，明确分工。
1.2 Organize the maintenance personnel to learn the regulations and measures of maintenance technique and some points for attention, make a discussion about the techniques and give everyone a clear division of his own work. 1.3按照大修项目准备检修时必须的工器具、材料及检修记录，对起吊工具认真进行检查，必要时做拉力试验。
1.3 Prepare the pre-requisite apparatus, materials and maintenance records according to the overhaul items. Carefully examine the sling equipments and do tensile tests when it is necessary.

安全，起吊大型电动机一般应有起重工配合。
2.1 The disassembly of the motor should be correctly carried out according to the specific structure of each motor and the field maintenance condition and with security ensured. Generally, the sling of high capacity motor should be cooperated with lifting workers. 2.2大型电动机解体常规步骤
2.2 The common procedures for large motor disassembly 2.2.1拆开电缆头，将电缆头三相短路接地，并支撑保护好。 2.2.1
Take the cable terminal apart, earth the three-phase cable terminals in 3
phase short-circuited and support and protect them well.
2.2.2拆卸电动机地脚螺丝、对轮螺丝、外壳接地线及冷却装置等。 2.2.2
Disassemble such things as the anchor bolt, the coupling bolts, and the
earthing wire connecting with the casing as well as the cooler of the motor. 2.2.3拆卸对轮 2.2.3
Disassemble the coupling.
