摘 要

我国生鲜产品占超市收入比例低,而永辉超市是以经营生鲜类产品为特色。其中生鲜类物流配送的效率高低将影响超市的收益。本文通过对永辉超市生鲜物流配送模式分析,从而提出生鲜物流配送中存在的问题并进行对策分析。 关键词:永辉超市 生鲜产品 配送问题及对策研究

ABSTRACT

In China fresh products accounted for the low proportion of supermarket revenue, and Yonghui Supermarket is a business featuring fresh products. Which the efficiency of logistics and distribution of fresh class will affect the level of supermarket receipts. In this paper, Yonghui Supermarket logistics and distribution pattern analysis, which made fresh logistics problems and the countermeasures.
