Abstract

ABSTRACT

In the new era of twenty-first Century, information has become the basis of building trust between the people and the government. Government credibility is an important indicator of the degree of government's civilization and behavior, the government through a series of system, behavior and the idea of governance in their own system to manage the community, and to get people's trust. In the construction of the socialist modernization, the government's credibility is particularly important, it is the cornerstone of the whole social credit system, is the national credit status of the \the entire country's social and cultural, political, economic and other aspects of the formation of a crucial impact. With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the Internet has made the public opinion expression more free and more open, and has accelerated the spread of various kinds of information. However, due to the Internet caused by the network public opinion events are frequent, the network public opinion in its transmission speed, spread a wide range of destructive, and other characteristics, the social, business and personal have an important impact. In the Internet age, the new media information dissemination to its rapid, no boundaries, multi-dimensional and other advantages of the dissemination of information, the public can access a large number of government information on the network, which also requires the government to timely, accurate, scientific and effective public and update government information. The opening of government micro blog is an important way to improve the government's public trust in information disclosure. It is not only an information exchange platform, but it is an important way to realize innovation and network resources. Government micro blog with the advantages of high speed communication of Internet information, and realize the efficient service and open and transparent government environment, for our government to create service-oriented, transparent government to create favorable conditions.

This paper mainly studies the improvement of government credibility based on the government information publicity, and takes Jiangxi as an example, which is mainly divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly focuses on the purpose, significance, research results, research ideas and methods of the government information publicity. The second part is a summary of the relevant theory, this part mainly to the government credibility, the government information disclosure of the

content, origin, evaluation standards and the importance to do a detailed exposition, and finally analyzed the contact between the two. The third part mainly discusses the relationship between the government information publicity and the government credibility. The fourth part analyzes the government information publicity to enhance the credibility of the government of the case analysis, the selection of positive and negative examples of two aspects of the empirical analysis. Fifth part of the local government information disclosure in the context of the existence of government credibility. The sixth part of the main to Jiangxi province government micro blog as an example to explore the government information disclosure in the context of the government to enhance the credibility of the government. The seventh part is the summary and outlook, for all the views of the subject to sum up, hope that the research is more to strengthen the government's credibility, improve the transparency of government information to make more scientific and effective comments and suggestions.
