摘 要
远程教育是现代教学模式的重要组成部分。远程教育作为课堂教学的补充，有着传统教学不可比拟的作用和地位。这些年来，以各种媒体主要手段的远程教育为学习科学文化知识、继续深造、兴趣学习和提高人们的基本素质做出了不可磨灭的贡献。
远程教育是学生与教师、学生与教育组织之间主要采取多种媒体方式进行系统教学和通信联系的教育形式，是将课程传送给校园外的一处或多处学生的教育，是对教师和学生在时空上相对分离。随着基于Internet技术的现代远程教育的发展，对其理论和实施方式的研究逐渐成为研究热点。它作为一种全新的教学模式和方法对传统的教学模式产生了深远的影响，它所具有的影响和巨大的生命力以及它所带来的市场商机是显而易见的。
随着现代科技的高速发展、生活节奏加快和移动设备普及，人们大多不愿意长时间待在一个地方做同一件事，而是尽量使用闲暇时间，在便携式移动设备上，见缝插针地进行学习、娱乐和新闻阅读等信息获取活动。人们生活在空间和时间上的碎片化导致其提供和获取的信息同样的被碎片化。因此，现代互联网技术都提出了“微”这个概念，同样，我们的学习内容也会被“微”化。当所有资源碎片化、多样化的展现给我们面前时，传统IT系统组织结构已经难以承受如此大量的碎片化信息。信息的碎片化导致传统的信息组织结构由二维表的组织形式向神经节式组织形式进行转变。大部分机构越来越难以独自承受信息指数增长所带来的运算和存储负担，为此由云计算概念应运而生。 关键词 远程教育；Internet；微；云计算

Abstract
Distance education is an important part of modern teaching mode. Remote education supplement of classroom teaching with traditional teaching incomparable role and status.
