1-5-1-4 控制柜 各种电子元器件和电气元件安装在一个柜形结构内,按预定程序控制轿厢 运行的电控设备。

Control cabinet: It is an electrical device containing different electronic and electrical components and controls car movement according to preset program.

1-5-1-5 电源开关、照明开关 1-5-1-5 Power switch and lighting

1-5-1-6 选层器、极限开关、机械楼层指示器、发电机组等部件要跟据电梯规格种类、 需要而设置。

Selector, limit switch, floor indicator and motor set are chosen according to lift type and specifications.

1-5-2 电梯井道里的主要部件 Main parts in well

1-5-2-1 轿厢 轿厢是电梯的主要部件,使容纳乘客或货物的装置。 Car is a main part of lift and used to accommodate passenger and cargo.

1-5-2-2 导轨 供轿厢和对重在升降运行中起导向作用的组件。

Guide rail: It is used as guiding part when car and counterweight are moving upwards and downwards.

1-5-2-3 对重装置 设置在井道中,由曳引钢丝绳经曳引轮与轿厢相连,在运行过程中起 平衡作用的装置。

Counterweight device: Placed in well and connected with car by traction rope, it is used to offset during lift movement.

1-5-2-4 缓冲器 当轿厢超过下极限位置时,用来吸收轿厢或对重所产生动能的制停安全 装置。缓冲器一般设置在井道底坑里。缓冲器又分为油压缓冲器和弹簧缓冲器。油压缓冲 器以油为介质吸收动能,一般用于速度1m/s以上的电梯;弹簧缓冲器以弹簧形变来吸收 动能,一般用于速度1m/s以下的电梯。

Buffer: It is used to absorb force produced by car and counterweight when car runs beyond bottom limit position. Normally placed in pit, buffer is classified into oil-buffer and spring-buffer. Absorbing force by oil as media, oil-buffer is used for lift with speed

of more than 1m/s; absorbing force by spring deformation, spring-buffer is used for lift with speed of less than 1m/s.

1-5-2-5 限位开关 该装置装在井道上端站和下端站附近,当轿厢运行超过端站时, 用于切断控制电源的安全装置。

Limit switch is mounted near top and bottom terminal landings in well. As a safety device, it is used to cut off power when car runs beyond terminal landing.

1-5-2-6 接线盒 固定在井道壁上,包括井道中间接线盒及各层站接线盒。

Terminal box: Fixed on well wall, it includes middle terminal box in well and those in each landing.

1-5-2-7 随动电缆 电缆两端分别接井道中间接线盒和轿厢。

Traveling cables: Each side of them is connected with middle terminal box in well and car.

1-5-2-8 补偿链或补偿绳 用于补偿电梯在升降过程中由于曳引钢丝绳在曳引轮两边的 重量变化。

Compensation chain or compensation rope is used to offset weight changes on both sides of traction sheave resulting from traction rope during lift moving upwards or downwards.

1-5-2-9 磁条或桥板 在井道内与平层感应器或井道传感器配合发出平层信号或换速信号。 Magnet or sensor vane, working together with inductor or sensor on the car top, sends leveling signal or speed-shift signal.

1-5-3 轿厢上的主要部件 Main parts on car

1-5-3-1 操纵盘 装在轿厢内靠近轿门附近,用于操纵轿厢运行的装置。

Control panel: Mounted inside car and near car door, it is used to control car running direction.

1-5-3-2 轿内显示器 设置于轿厢内,用于显示电梯的运行位置和运行方向等。

Indicator inside car is mounted in car, indicating lift moving position and direction.

1-5-3-3 门机 装于轿厢顶的前部,以小型交流、直流、变频电动机为动力源的自动开关 门的装置。

Door operator: Mounted in the front of car top, it is a device with power supply by AC, DC and converter motor.

1-5-3-4 安全触板(光幕)设置在两扇层门轿门之间,在轿门和层门关闭过程中,当有 乘客或障碍物触及时,门立即停止关闭并返回开启的安全装置。

Safety edge (light curtain): Mounted between landing door and car door, it is a safety device. In case of approaching a passenger or an obstruction when door is closing, it will cause the door to stop and reopen.

1-5-3-5 轿门 设置在轿厢入口处的门。 Car door is mounted in the entrance to car.

1-5-3-6 称重装置 能检测轿厢内负载变化状态,并发出信号的装置。 Load weight is used to monitor load changes in car and give off signals.

1-5-3-7 安全钳 由于限速器作用而引起动作,迫使轿厢或对重掣停在导轨上,同时切 断控制回路的安全装置。

Safety gear: It is a safety device to activate due to overspeed governor action, forcing car or counterweight to stop on guide rail and cutting off control circuit.

1-5-3-8 导靴, 设置在轿厢架和对重架上,使轿厢和对重沿着导轨运行的装置。 Guide shoe: Mounted on car frame and counterweight frame, it is a device to enable car and counterweight to move along guide rail.

1-5-3-9平层感应器或井道传感器,与井道内的磁条或桥板配合发出平层信号或换速信号。 Inductor or sensor, working together with magnet or sensor vane in well, sends leveling signal or speed-shift signal.

1-5-3-10其它部件 轿顶安全窗、光电保护、超载装置、邻梯指示等。

Other parts include car top safety window, safety ray, leveling switch, speed-shift switch, overload device and near lift indication.

1-5-4 电梯层门口的主要部件

Main parts of entrance to landing door.

1-5-4-1 层门(厅门) 设置在层站入口的封闭门。

Landing door: Mounted in entrance of landing, it is an enclosed door.

1-5-4-2 层门门锁 设置在层门内侧,门关闭后,将门锁紧,同时接通控制回路,轿厢可 运行的机电联锁安全装置。

Landing door lock: Mounted inside the landing door, it is an interlock safety device that can lock door and connect circuit is connected after door closes.

1-5-4-3 楼层显示器 设置在层站层门的上方或一侧,用于显示轿厢的运行位置和运行 方向等。

Floor indicator is mounted above the landing door or on one side, to display car running position and direction.

1-5-4-4 呼梯盒 设置在层门一侧,当乘客按下召唤按钮时,轿厢内即可显示或登记, 令电梯运行停靠在召唤层站的装置。

Landing call box: It is mounted on one side of landing door. When passengers press the button, the landing call command can be shown or registered inside car, enabling lift to dwell on the landing from which landing call comes.

1-5-5 装在其他处的部件 Parts mounted in other areas

对于群控电梯,在消防中心或大厅值班室需设置梯群监控屏,集中反映各轿厢的运行状 态,供管理人员监视和控制。

For group control lifts, a watchdog should be mounted in fireman service center or lobby office, to indicate running status of cars and facilitate attendants to monitor and control.
