日产100吨矿泉水厂的设计

摘 要

本设计为日处理100吨天然含气矿泉水,可同时生产瓶装和桶装的矿泉水生产车间。本文对产品方案的制定,工艺流程的设计,车间的平面设计进行了讨论,利用AutoCAD制作出车间的工艺流程图和平面布置图;同时对矿泉水加工过程中的物料平衡进行计算,并据此实施设备选型和水电气平衡的估算。

本设计采用2班制,每天工作16小时,每班工作8小时,共生产瓶装矿泉水72.58吨,共生产桶装矿泉水31.15吨;每班每天生产瓶装水36.29吨,生产58333瓶;每班每天生产桶装水15.58吨,生产824桶。

本设计中,采用活塞泵进行水的输送,经过多道程序过滤和杀菌。车间分别采用紫外线和臭氧杀菌器,可同时对瓶装水和桶装水进行杀菌。同时装置两台无菌贮水罐作为产品灌装前的缓冲装置,然后对两种产品分别进行灌装。

The design of a plant with processing 100 tons mineral

water

Abstract

The day is designed to handle 100 tons of natural gas-bearing mineral water,both bottled and bulk production of mineral water production plant. In this paper,the program of product development,process design,graphic design workshop discussed the use of AutoCAD to produce the process plant layout maps and plans;At the same time during the processing of mineral material balance calculation,and accordingly selection of equipment and utilities to implement a balanced estimation of steam.

The design uses a 2-shift basis,working 16 hours a day, eight hours of class work,a total production of 72.58 tons of bottled mineral water,bottled mineral water produced a total of 31.15 tons;class daily production of 36.29 tons of bottled water, producing 58333 bottles;the production of bottled water per day per class 15.58 tons,the production of 824barrels.

This design,the use of piston pumps for water transport,through multi-channel filtering and sterilization procedures.Workshop were used ultraviolet and ozone disinfection,and may at the same time on the bottled water and bottled water disinfection. Devices at the same time as two sterile products storage tanks before filling the buffer device, and then filling the two products separately.
