浅析**学院排球专选班学生裁判能力培养的因素分析

摘要:采用文献资料法,访谈法,问卷调查法,数据统计法和比较研究法,从**学院排球专选班教学现状入手,就教学中的问题进行较为全面的调查和分析,得出以下结论;专选班学生的排球教学内容多、任务重,裁判教学时数相对较少,课程多数时间都以技、战术的培养练习为主,有些学生往往也只重视排球技、战术的学习与训练,而忽视了排球裁判能力的培养,这就导致了有的学生排球基本功很扎实,却不会合理利用规则来进行比赛,有的学生排球打得非常好,但却组织不了排球比赛,不能执法排球裁判,裁判能力的培养在专业课程中无足轻重。

Analysis of bijie University students specialized in volleyball referee ability factor analysis

Student ID: 09120902034 Instructor: Cao Zhi Abstract: by using the methods of literature, interviews, questionnaire survey, data statistics and comparative research method, from the Bijie University volleyball class teaching present situation, regarding the teaching of problem to carry on a more comprehensive investigation and analysis, draw the following conclusions. In 1, the volleyball elective class teaching contents, the task is heavy, the referee teaching hours are relatively few, course mostly technical, tactical training exercises. 2, some students often only pay attention to the volleyball technique and tactics, training and learning, and ignored the volleyball referee ability, this led to some students basic volleyball skills are solid, but not the rational use of rules for competition. 3, some students play volleyball very well, but can stop the volleyball game, not law enforcement volleyball referee.
