Abstract

This article is about the Jiaozuo City King District Court in geotechnical engineering geological survey. The investigation of the specific requirements for: to identify venues within each layer of rock and soil types, depth, distribution and engineering characteristics. With the rock and soil physical and mechanical property index and carrying capacity; evaluation of stability of building sites, suitability and the uniformity of the foundation; to identify adverse geological action type, origin, distribution, developing trend and extent of harm, and puts forward the improvement proposal; identify buried River, ditch Creek, shelter on the project adverse elements; providing a venue for earthquake parameters, earthquake effect evaluation; identify Site Groundwater burial conditions, provide the type of groundwater, water level and water level variation, determining groundwater corrosion of buildings of. In order to be able to provide reliable and accurate information, the survey used a variety of reconnaissance method and means. Includes the core drilling, in-situ standard penetration test, dynamic sounding test.

Objective through the site detailed exploration stage of rock soil engineering survey, site engineering geological conditions and hydrological geological condition evaluation for construction drawing design, design parameters. The foundation program analysis, put forward reasonable foundation scheme.

一、前言

本次工程对拟建的璟都苑小区场地进行了详勘阶段的岩土工程勘察工作。 (一)工程概况

拟建璟都苑小区场地位于新园路以北,小庄村以西。本期工程拟建6层住宅楼12栋、5层住宅楼6栋及部分2层附属楼。各建筑物长、宽及层高详见下表,其中附属楼平面尺寸见建筑物与勘探点平面位置图。各建筑物均拟采用砖混结构,条形基础,基础尺寸及埋深待定(详见建筑物与勘探点平面位置图)。

本次勘察的具体要求为:

1、查明场地内各岩土层类型、深度、分布及工程特性。提供各岩土层的物理力学性质指标及承载力;

2、评价建筑场地的稳定性、适宜性及地基均匀性;

3、查明不良地质作用的类型、成因、分布范围、发展趋势及危害程度,并提出整治方案的建议;

4、查明埋藏的河道、沟浜、防空洞等对工程不利的埋藏物; 5、提供场地抗震设防参数,进行地震效应评价;

6、查明场地地下水埋藏条件,提供地下水类型、水位以及水位变化幅度,判定地下水对建筑物的腐蚀性;
