前 言

北京鉴衡认证中心是经国家认证认可监督管理委员会批准,由中国计量科学研究院组建,专业从事新能源和可再生能源产品标准化研究和产品质量认证的第三方认证机构。

为推动和规范我国并网光伏逆变器的发展,适应国际贸易、技术和经济交流的需要,以及促进我国并网光伏逆变器的产业化,特制定本认证技术规范。

本技术规范由北京鉴衡认证中心提出并归口。

本技术规范起草单位:北京鉴衡认证中心、合肥阳光电源有限公司、北京科诺伟业科技有限公司、中国科学院电工研究所、北京市计科能源新技术开发公司、尚德电力控股有限公司、全国太阳光伏能源系统标准化技术委员会。

本技术规范主要起草人:王宗、曹仁贤、江燕兴、张光春、叶东嵘、赵为、张友权、郭丰。
